This paper will examine the comparison between the furthermost prominent feminine rulers in the past of the World who are Wu Zetian and Pharaoh Cleopatra. Equally female leaders rose to authority in unlike conditions, then this resulted in the difference in their leadership and the outcomes of their leadership.

She was able to speak six different languages and was in the position to have control of the opposition she faced while in a leadership position.

Culture Similarities and Differences

The Chinese culture was more understanding of female rulers as paralleled towards that of Romans. Despite the existence of numerous Roman females who had been rulers, Wu was different since she was the only empress in China who had served as a Queen for more than 400 years. Wu leadership was faced with more ruthlessness than tolerance, but the people loved her because of her fairness in terrestrial and financial strategies. Also, both queens used extra judiciary and properly prohibited schemes to get to the authority.

Women in society today can also get the knowledge that heartlessness and unconditional focus from these significant rulers. Same as Wu, women must be in a position to prove themselves as best than those in their environs to be respected and trusted also join their jobs.
