As per the network matrix, the company needs about 1000 Mbps for easy access to information in its network system. 1000 Mbps will ensure that networking traffic is efficient and the needed information is obtained in real-time. That means that ISP connection from the base should exceed 2000 base T, where T is the Gigabit Ethernet of the network (Fiber optic speed) (Jansen, Brinkkemper, & Finkelstein, 2013). 2000 base T is set because a room should always be created when creating a network so as to avoid unnecessary delay during busy hours of the day. The Base-T also provides the network with a technically scalable bandwidth and run time space does the required information in the system. ISP connection is a vital element in network connection since it is the main path that supplies the whole organization with the internet. If ISP connection is not given sufficient space, then data flow will be slow during peak operation hours in the hotel.

Human resource department needed much data since it has the highest number of employees and it is also connected to all other departments massively. Human resource uses 25 connections and works simultaneously on a busy day hence the need for more data speed and space.
