The term discrimination mostly is used in bring out differences and inequalities among individuals. The difference between one's color, nationality, religion, sex and also the physical outlook of a particular person results in discrimination. Negativity led by a group of people concerning a particular individual or nation mostly results in chauvinism. This condition of implacable differences can be divided according to its outcomes. Discrimination can be divided according to their outcome. There exists positive discrimination and negative discrimination.

Many challenges are portrayed through the application of any difference and inequality in an individual. Resources are not divided accordingly which may lead to favoring of one side of any parties involved. In a range number of contexts and policy settings, the leaders in any party face a very huge number of challenges when humans of those particular parties are demanding their interests in nature. Pivotal concerns of discrimination and inequality in any state are mostly from staffs present in that state starting from the highest level of heads to the lowest level. Unfavorable treating of person or group bringing out distinctions is also part of discrimination.

In case there had occurred negative discrimination in a very long period of time, positive discrimination can be applied to counteract such. Racial discrimination has been to some extent been forbidden by the legislation where laws have already been enacted. States' legislation has provided rights for the purpose of benefiting civilians' seeking equality in material wealth. Since the reconstruction of state laws, there is high consideration of legislation of rights of civilians. Civilian acts in the state put into considerations rights of voting where the poor and minority groups are being disenfranchised through remove of procedures and requirements needed during voting. States' Congress takes the responsibility of making follow-ups on the elections taking place and the appropriate procedures applied by the chosen perspective to carry out leading of elections.

However, racism can be experienced in a religion where in most cases a state may put strict laws concerning appropriate method and type of religion to be followed. The difference in one believes can be looked up by statistical data collection of churches present in the state, a number of believers in that religion. The act of equalizing all churches in that given state can lead to discrimination since one desire makes him/her attend any church without disturbance. One's right to denomination should never be rated nor undermined by anyone. However, in any religion, gender equality should also be considered to avoid heterosexism in churches. Leadership positions should be put in much concern for the purpose of not benefitting one side of any gender. Apartheid rule should keenly be avoided in churches to ensure that there is effective leading of people without conflicts and unwanted disputes.

Nationality can too be looked at for the benefit of discrimination escape. All nations should be respected despite its physical outlook, economic nature political and more so the people present in that nation. Let's consider a competition event of a certain Olympic game in the state and all other countries have been invited, maximum respect according to a situation should be considered to avoid unwanted conflicts among those nations. Furthermore grading and issuing of marks to prospective players of a given state should be done accordingly without favoritism one nation and the other (Bayefsky, 2017). However, addressing of team of players present the Olympic champions should also be done with regard to instructions previously offered by the world champion leader.

However, sex is another phase where discrimination can take a route to take place. In many occasions, sex is highly not considered. In given state males are given first seats and priorities in high income generating jobs. Women are undermined and seen as incapable of performing in different fields. All genders should be equally assigned tasks according to one's level of education and performance in the assigned phase (Edelman, Luca, & Svirsky, 2017). Undermining one's abilities, opinions and of all one's view should be considered as one of discriminating character and nature.

Slavery also takes the form of negative discrimination as most slave trading countries and states consider slavery as a trade of specific people in a certain country (Lauren, 2018). Difficult job opportunities are given to specific country job-seeking individuals. This discrimination phase can be controlled and taken into many considerations. Appropriate job assigning people should be given that task of job assigning.

In summary, discrimination takes the form of distinctions in individuals or groups. Various methods of discrimination solving should be considered for the benefit of escaping a maximum number of individuals who becomes isolated from this type of conduct. All sectors in the state should ensure that equality is considered in all sectors. Leaders should promote equality and keenly eradicate unfairness in those sectors headed by them. A state should ensure that all individuals have been educated on the importance of equality and the effects brought by discrimination.

Conclusion

In conclusion, people should promote equity and fairness in all sections uphold by each member. Discrimination can lead to economy degradation leading to poverty in a given state. The government should ensure that applicable laws governing equity are applied in all fields and in all sectors.
