The evaluation process involves the participation of different persons in this community based initiative including people already affected with cancer. Major stakeholders included members of community health initiative, cancer ambassadors, and cancer sponsors (Tones, 2002). The stakeholders major interest in the evaluation was to find out if the initiative had any impact on the society. Questions include:

Who does the initiative target; to whom does the initiative is undertaken?

This question addresses the source of the information that will influence the analysis of the initiative initiative?

This refers to identifying a standard of determining whether an initiative has achieved its objectives.

Which indicators will you use to determine if an individual has attained the success stipulated by the criteria??

Recommendations should be made on the findings of the data analysis process. Recommendations on changes that should be made at the specific areas that require change, emphasize on what is important, demystify certain believes and the effects associated with not implementing the findings. At this stage, the findings and evaluation recommendation are disseminated. Questions related to evaluation outcome include:

Who do you want the recommendation of this evaluation on cancer prevention initiative effect changes to?

What changes do you recommend to the community to help in the fight for cancer and reduce the rate at which it develops?

By how much is the cancer prevention initiative helping in the control of cancer?

Evaluation process, impact and outcome process differ from each other by what they address. Evaluation process is concerned with measures and steps taken to initiate the evaluation of a health promotion project. Evaluate impact questions addresses the analysis of the data used for evaluation and the impact it will have in the community. Evaluation outcome questions outline the desired changes that have been realized by the cancer prevention initiative
