However, this proposal has some issues which either lacked or were never considered. To begin the research does not give a precise evaluation plan; the plan is present but not adequately tackled. The time for the study is not stated. Investigations have budgets which are made based on the period. Another major issue on the proposal is the lack of a precise method of acquiring data. Yes, data according to the project will be from hospital data, use of the difference in difference method and observation but people views and opinions are very vital. The research should clearly state how they will question people who are affected either orally, by use of questions or even face to face interview. Another issue is that there is a challenge in the type of outcomes that will come out after the research.
