Business intelligence refers to the different software applications that are used to analyze the raw data of an organization. Business intelligence is applies in data mining, analysis of data, querying and reporting of data CITATION Ver11 \l 1033 (Vercellis, 2011).
Today financial organizations are using the business intelligent to automate the gathering of data, data presentation, and analysis and reporting of the data. Manual work have therefore been reduced in the organization and hence lessen the timeline with the data is processed CITATION Che121 \l 1033 (Chen & Storey, 2012). Business interagency helps in improving integrity and reliability of the data analyzing hence reducing the cost, which could be incurred as result of inaccurate data. Business intelligence and Linux is a good match due to its powerful toolkits because of its ability to interact with other systems such as MYSQL. Business intelligence for Linux includes Pentaho and rapid miner, which are for enterprise analysis, data mining, predictive analytics, dashboard, reporting, and workflow. There is also Jasper Reports, iReport used for reporting, OpenI, Agata report, data version, and BIRT project which is Eclipse-based reporting system CITATION Nai09 \l 1033 (Naimuzzaman, 2009). all the business intelligence for Linux are designed for the data collection, analysis, presentation ad reporting. The primary objective is to ensure that the stakeholders in industry are able to learn business activities in effective and efficient manner. Business intelligence is one of the best way to reduce fraud in the financial industry and also improve the confidence of customer who deposit money with the financial institution.
Any organization aspiring to grow in today's dynamic world must embrace change. Business change refers to the process of changing the business procedures, processes, strategies, culture, and technologies CITATION Bur131 \l 1033 (Burke, 2013). Changing one component will mean a change in other components of the organization, as all of them are interrelated. The interrelation between different change components makes a change in one characteristic to affect the other one. For example, when an organization adopts a new technology, it must consider to have new employees or develop the existing one so to implement the new technology CITATION Ber151 \l 1033 (Bertram & Fixsen, 2015). The new technology will also have an effect on the business process and hence affect the organization culture from manual to information technologic automated system. For effective implementation of a new system, the management should therefore ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the implementation.
