As a result of possessing an important DISC type, my preference tends to be inductive, inspiring and impressive. Personally, these kinds of choice are related to me in such way that I am persuasive, social, friendly, optimistic, imaginative and quite focused naturally. My first team member possesses a Dominant Disc type, his preference tends to be demanding and decisive. He inculcates the spirit of independents, fearless, persistent and confrontation in case of any inconvenient issues. I must say that it is hard to accommodate this individual, but as a result of my social and friendly mannerism, we are a part regarding our interaction with each other. My second team member happens to possess Conscientious DISC preference. He is contemplative, careful, cautious and highly concerned. All these characteristics serve as his milestones. The problems with him are that he is very slow, and a poor critical thinker. Besides, we are interacting in unison since he is well organized, logical, he follows the rules effectively without being followed up. I must admit that we have never engaged in a conflict with him.

Last but not least, my third team member has the steady DISC profile. He is stable, submissive, shy and supportive. Those are his outstanding advantages. In my interaction with him, he is consistent in his approaches, peace-seeking and indeed accommodate. He has always supported and helped me in various capacities, and he always counselled me wherever challenges arose.

To ensure that I create a tranquil working atmosphere without conflicts, proper connection, and adaptation with my team members behaviours, I have incorporated the following principles based on each member DISC type; my team member with Dominant preference. I have always tried to build respect with him, showing him ways on how to be successful and achieve in life. I try to get focused on the ideas and facts rather than the people. I concentrate to the point and points while talking to him and tell him openly how problems may hinder our accomplishment.

My team member with the steady type of preference, I usually create a humanistic working environment, I am genuinely interested in him. I provide him with enough time to adjust to specific changes. I clearly provide outgoing support to him and define the specific goals to adhere adequately. I appreciate and recognize his achievements, and I avoid harassing him or inflicting pressure on him (Evans et al., 2012). With the teammate with conscientious DISC profile, I usually avoid surprises and instead I warn him in time concerning an impending danger. I am often persisted, patient and diplomatic while handling him. Lastly, I ensure that I use accurate, logical and precise data to avoid inconveniences (Evans et al., 2012). To sum up, all these strategies put in place and made functional has helped me to combat any conflicts and has ensured smooth working conditions.
