To mention a few, they include Central Business Centres and the suburban business districts. The CBD also is known as "downtown" business centers are found imperatively in the heart of the city, and they are intensively developed. The suburban business centers are underdeveloped, less populated in conjunction with few business activities in operation. They are located outside the central city at quite some distance.

When we compared the suburban district and the urban areas, the following are outlined; the suburban areas have less infrastructure. They have ample parking space due to less congestion. Besides, they also have fewer buildings that are sky raised, and occasionally none are air inflated due to the availability of space which is contrary to urban districts where sky built buildings are more due to limited space. Urban areas have limited space for packing, and they encompass structures that are highly congested. The infrastructure is well developed and profound. Evidently, they are also highly populated as compared to suburban districts (Vance, 2005).
