Acted and produced in the year 2004, the movie spider man 2 rates among the best movies in the film industry. The movie was so good so that even critics had something to say yet what could the say? One of the critics gets cited saying about how much he loved the movie saying that it may be the best superhero movie he has ever seen. The story line of the movie was so epic that many viewers could not help but develop a liking for it. The movie spider man 2 is a story of a young man who, although with supernatural capabilities, goes through life experiencing the usual upheavals that normal beings go through. He undergoes a difficult livelihood when it comes to falling in love due to fear of what threats lay ahead for the women he falls in love with.
Many times in our lives we are constantly faced with the dilemmas of life. The patterns of life and life dynamics more often than not offer us with several reasons for why we do certain things as human beings. In some moments during our livelihood reason fails to prevail and we work irrationally or we base our actions on the human emotions not caring about the results of what we do. The excuse for why we have to behave in certain mannerisms is derived from the numerous experiences we go through in this journey of life. Emotions based on selfish gains, malice, hurry for success, impatience, love, and even the feeling of fulfillment make us to act believing that we will at the end achieve our goals in life. Life lessons and what we are meant to do as living beings on earth is what awakens us from oblivion as well as living lives of fantasies. As the creation with manly feelings it takes painful occurrences or happy moments for us to realize our major reason for existing. This aspect is what makes us lead our lives in the right way. In the story line of spider-man 2 the characters get exposed to the dilemmas in life. The main character gets seen battling with issues of life not knowing which way to go. It is these circumstances of life that is the major source of inspiration in writing this paper. The analysis of this paper is based on the experiences the characters go through especially the main character that is torn between his desires as a human being and his calling which is the hero who saves the world. This analysis is explained in line with the major themes that are evident in the movie. The discussions in this paper get analyzed under themes including love, innovation, pain, and conflict (Sargent et al. 67).
Innovation as a theme means thinking outside the box and coming up with something of your own through research accompanied by creativity. The theme of innovation highlights to us the human desire that drives beings into gaining accomplishments and success in their fields of training. This theme has served to show us just how much an individual can do to get his/her ways to work. A person would do all it takes to get what they desire and they would take it no other way regardless of how many they go through. In the story Doctor Otto, the owner of a lab is seen to have an experiments aimed at proving a theory to his counterparts since this is his invention. This experiment though dangerous is to be tested in order to show that fusion can be cheaper as a source of energy. The only issue was that the experiment would prove to be a cheap energy source or it would vaporize the location. In the process of experimentation the doctor ties four tentacles to himself to manage the materials in his experiment. Acting as the source of support for the tentacles, they are tied to him and he is the one to give them orders. Little did he know that the tentacles were so powerful that they would work against him. The result of his experiment becomes destruction of a chip meant to control the tentacles (Simpson, 43). The doctor ends up turning into a villain that can cause harm to many. Having the power to go through walls he knows that he is stronger than anybody and that he cannot be stopped (Andrew, 23). This causes a lot of worry to spider men whose calling is to help beings who are in danger. A scenario of the doctor killing several doctors in a hospital using the tentacles was a cause for alarm and that sent spider man into asking himself questions on his purpose as a gifted individual. The selfishness by the doctor to overpower everybody including the spider man drove him to retain the tentacles on him. At some point in the movie Dr Octavius gets used by Harry to capture the spider man in order to pay for the death of Harrys dad.
Since the inception and production of the primary release in 1974, Film Theory and Criticism has been the standard treasury of basic expounding on film. The 6th version keeps on highlighting both great and bleeding edge papers from over a century of thought and composing, with donors going from Sergei Eisenstein and Vsevolod Pudovkin to the most recent researchers composing on the effect of computerized innovation on the film business. This aspect is in relation to late contemplations of issues, for example, the sociological, mental and philosophical measurements of film; and questionable regions, for example, sexual orientation and race.
Expanding upon the extensive variety of determinations and the broad chronicled scope that stamped past versions, this new accumulation extends from the soonest endeavors to characterize the silver screen to the latest endeavors to place film with regards to brain science, humanism, and theory, and to investigate issues of sexual orientation and race. Like in the case of spider man 2, the concept of brain science has been employed to revolutionize the film history and advancements. Revamped into eight areas each containing the real fields of basic discussion and investigation - the new version of film highlights reformulated presentations and true to life headnotes that contextualize the readings, making the content more open than any time in recent memory to understudies, film fans, and general peruses alike. The seventh release additionally coordinates energizing new material on women's activist hypothesis, eccentric silver screen, and worldwide film, and also another segment, "Digitization and Globalization," which draws in imperative late improvements in innovation and world silver screen as showcased in the film Spiderman 2 (Aitken 153).
It must be acknowledge that the movie Spiderman 2 has extreme science fiction that has been evidenced in the history of films. This has been manifested by various criticisms from how the traditional and modern film are nowadays conducted and developed. Fiction has encroached and evaded the modern production of films and television shows. Honestly it is said that the history of film gets its roots from the science of fiction. This fact is characterizing science knowledge as a troublesome undertaking. The birthplaces of the term live in the logical dreams of mechanical improvements are hard to trace and be validated. Be that as it may, science fiction can be characterized as qualities of the content (or film), as the theory on or extrapolation from current occasions, or as an arrangement of perusing (or survey) conventions. Be that as it may, in like manner use, the term science fiction frequently envelops an extensive variety of concerns, including dream and awfulness. Apparently, the starting points of all film lie in science fiction. A considerable lot of the early, short movies by George Melies, Gaston Velle, Max Fleischer, and others were delineations of treks to the moon or Mars. They hypothesized about different planets and offered whimsical innovations with a specific end goal to contact them. Be that as it may, these early movies regularly had little to do with real science, innovation, or the laws of nature, yet were fantastical in nature. Subsequently, a few pundits contend that science fiction film became an adult in 1950 with Irving Pichel's Destination Moon by introducing an all the more deductively grounded period of science fiction movies. In real practice, science fiction film remains very shifted in its concentration and subject. A great part of the early written work on sci-fi film managed methods, with genealogy, and with plot outline (Vaz, 123).
A lot of sci-fi film hypothesis and feedback has been established in the auteur; that is, it is centered on the innovative personality behind the work. After some time, the feedback of sci-fi film moved toward kind hypothesis, an attention on the non-specific attributes of sci-fi film that both outlines the historical backdrop of the class and builds up the complete qualities. As the quantity of sci-fi movies multiplied, and as the quantity of writings committed to its review multiplied, sci-fi film hypothesis and feedback has likewise turned out to be more specific. A few writings consider the historical backdrop of the class; some attempt specific topical contemplations, (for example, a specific writer or a specific figure of speech); some use and build up a specific ideological or hypothetical system, (for example, woman's rights or Marxism); and some examine noteworthy movies inside the class. As the quantity of sci-fi movies keeps on developing every year, the quantity of investigations of those movies and the quantity of ways to deal with those movies additionally increment.
Proceeding with the survey of the story line, this portion of what guarantees to be a multi-film spin-off arrangement (stories run from three to six aggregate portions), this is a much darker rendition of Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire). We see and feel the moving thunder of anguish as Peter keeps on battling with his calling (being a legend that others gaze upward to) and his own particular narrow minded goals (wed MJ, be a standard person). For those that read the comic book, this motion picture packs a few decade of "what's happened to Spidey" into the script. This shows that the field of innovation entails trial and error that can sometimes backfire on the inventor (Potter, 98).
This motion picture is a more extraordinary than the past (an expression of alert to those with youthful youngsters) and factor that shows an advancement in film making. To be limit, while the activity is not ridiculous (the establishment is looked after well in this film, as well), yet the force level is something to consider with those less than 12 years old since they still cannot accept the concept of science fiction.
There are a couple dialect issues in this film that needs to be criticized. According to my observation, nothing is in the base classification and that there are only two kissing scenes (one dull, one enthusiastic). There are no medications or references to same, no noteworthy ensembles, no blood, nothing with only one parent present, and so forth. For Hollywood, this is about as wholesome as an activity motion picture can get. To some extent, one can argue that this film is indeed not matching the contemporary standards.
Another criticism of this movie is evidenced when the main motion picture offered a look at God (i.e., Aunt Mae saying the Lord's Prayer during supper, while the Green Goblin hunkers down on her), this film does less in such manner. There is a scene where Aunt Mae compassionately thanks a heavenly attendant (would prefer not to ruin any more than that), yet when offered the chance to insight Peter Parker, the support is about how we as a whole have a legend within us, helping us to make the right decision. Clearly, in various hands, this scene could have been a brilliant declaration for Christ. The above scenarios shows a serious criticism of the film make u and how its represent itself to the audience.
We see the serious battle that Peter Parker is experiencing in this film. The mainstream audits discuss how this motion picture is overflowing with character improvement, and they are dead right. Before too long, yo...
