The Fountain of Youth is a well-known spring. People believe that it can restore the youth appearance of any individual who takes an initiative of either drinking or bathing in the waters of the spring. The tales regarding the fountain is used in sever incidences all over the whole globe for about thousand years. The story appears in written form. It was written by various authors who did it in different centuries. That is Herodotus wrote the tale in 5th century BCE whereas the Alexander romance wrote the tale on 3rd century CE. Besides, the stories which have been drafted by Prester John. He wrote about the legend in his early Crusades which occurred between11th and 12th centuries CE. The main idea discusses the tales of the spring. Stories talking about similar waters were prominent among the people who lived in the Caribbean around early 16th century. Those individuals spoke about the powers of the water from the spring to restore the youth appearance of individuals who either drank or bathed with the water from the spring. The spring was located in the mythical land of Bimini.

Furthermore, the legend on the Fountain of Youth spread widely in the 16th century. During this time it had the attachment with the Spanish explorer known as Juan Ponce de Leon who serves as the Puerto Ricos first governor. The governor was looking for the Fountain of Youth in around 1513. As a result, he had to travel all the way to Florida. However, some people claim that is only a myth. According to the legend, Ponce de Leon received information from Native Americans about the magical power of the Fountain of Youth which was located in Bimini. The spring had the ability to restore a youthful appearance to anyone who either bathed or drank its water.

Mainly Indians believed in the water from the Fountain of Youth. The myth was spreading widely among the natives about the benefits that accrued to anybody who either drank or bathed with water from the spring. Also, the same information was spread to people from other nations which made them travel long distances to come and bath or drink with water from the spring. People like Governor Ponce de Leon received information from Native Americans about the magical power of the Fountain which made him travel long distances to visit the spring. However, he later disclosed that his primary intention was not to visit the spring, but he was looking for gold. Although, his effort to travel to the spring attracted most visitors to the spring.

Water serves as both natural and cheaper face cleaner. It does so by flushing out toxins and worn out tissues in the body. More also, water hydrates the tissue inside the body which makes the outer skin appear younger and smooth. Hydrating the body frequently enables the cells of the skin to regenerate leaving an individual with a glowing skin which is much healthier. Water removes wrinkles from the skin and makes the complexion more even which contributes to the overall appearance of an individual. More also water eliminates shadows which appear around the eyes making a person look older than the real age.

In conclusion, drinking much water plays a vital role in the general appearance of a person. Enough water ensures the body is always hydrated which enhances, healthy, wellness and overall beauty. This is the case since enough water in the body helps to dilute body fats which mostly covers inner part of the skin making an individual look older than the actual age. Besides, water is responsible for regenerating the skin cells which replace the old and worn-out skin tissues making one appear younger.
