Introduction
An organizational change refers to the alterations of organizational components that are planned to enhance the effectiveness of an organization. International Islamic Halal organization should explore all possibilities, inquire from all interested or involved people for their input into the problem identification (Ary, Jacobs, Irvine, & Walker, 2018). Also, the organization should collect and analyze data after the problem identification to disprove or prove the possible assumptions that the problem is as a result of ration that is inconsistent. Additionally, the organization should clarify and prioritize the drawn problems by focusing on the most important problems, then write a goal statement for every solution (Coghlan, & Brannick, 2014). Afterward, it should implement solutions addressing the problems as the action plan converts a plan into a people process. It should also monitor and evaluate the possible outcomes on whether the drawn action plan corrects a problem. Lastly, the organization should refine the old problem or start with a new problem as the steps of solving problems are cyclical. If the same problem persists, a refinement should be enacted so that refinement starts over the problem as current data is being analyzed (Goetsch, & Davis, 2014).
