No matter how excellent management strategies are, they cannot be effective if there are no staff with the skills that are needed for each job. The hiring plan will be entirely formal to ensure that the people hired to match the skills required. Hiring is a costly process hence the reason why the management should ensure that the procedure is carried out keenly to avoid mistakes which will affect the company financially as well as in terms of performance. Before the process begins, the management will come up with a detailed job description for each position. The interviews will be well structured and the candidates will have to pass several tasks.

There are different leadership styles used by managers in charge of organizations; the leadership style used by the management determines the success of the management in the activities that they engage in. The management style used by the organization determines the kind of work that they engage in (Sarfraz, 2017). The leadership style used should be effective by leading the employees towards achieving its goal. My leadership style is the transformative leadership style because I believe in bringing positive change among organizations, a change that the organization needs to be successful (Sarfraz, 2017). Some organizations need a change to align the employees towards achieving the organizational change that the organization needs. Transformative leadership can make employees more productive.

Organizational culture determines the direction that the organization takes in terms of whether the employees will have a self-drive of working towards the organization achieving its own culture (Sarfraz, 2017). As a manager, I should ensure that I create a culture where the employees become hardworking and remain focused on achieving the organizational goal. The first thing is understanding the intention of the organization. The employees should be aligned towards working and remaining focused on attaining the organizational goal. The routine working of the employees towards achieving the organizational goal finally becomes a culture within the organization. An employee that try not to follow the culture should be punished for other employees to learn.

One of the objectives of building a motivating strategic leadership plan is to ensure that the organizational structure promotes performance. Without setting the effective organizational structure hiring the right people will not bear positive results.it is through such structures that the skills are further nurtured thereby benefiting from human capital investment.

The second objective of the strategic plan is to promote effective communication between the management and the employees. When there are good interpersonal relationship relationships, employees perform better compared to when they are isolated. The plan will also help in ensuring getting rid of skills mismatch and help the employees in developing skills that are needed in the achievement of the company objectives.

Employees and the organization are required to engage in ethical activities that are allowed by the law - the theory guide managers on how to enforce ethical behaviors at their organization. The ethical theories ensure that the managers enforce standards that are acceptable in the activities that they engage in and they remain true to the organizations that employ them (Swanton, 2016). Managers can use the ethical theory to solve dishonest challenges among the employees where they engage in activities that are against the company values. The theory is applied to make the employees engage in ethical activities or otherwise they will be fired. The employees should know the acceptable behaviors of the company.

As a manager, it will be essential to adopt a framework whereby the relationship with the employees is suitable. The main elements in this leadership framework are leading the people, leading yourself and leading the organization (Cameron 2012). Since the plan is meant to manage the people the framework developed will help in ensuring that there are clear roles and responsibly, provide a conducive working environment, promote teamwork and recognize and reward productive employees.

Employees should be motivated so that they can be motivated towards the achievement of the organizational objectives. The motivation is derived from the management through management aspects such as empowering workers by coming up with an effective reward system and redesigning jobs.

Through empowerment, the employees are given authority, and they are made to understand that the tasks allocated to them are their responsibility (Cameron 2012). Through this approach, the management encourages new ideas. Employees are also motivated with extrinsic rewards such as bonuses, time off, promotions, awards as well as appreciation and praises. Employees are also

Human capital is a key component in an organization and contributes towards the achievement of the goal (Sarfraz, 2017). Managers need to come up with a plan of managing human capital. When the human capital is managed well, the employees know their plans and all activities that they are supposed to engage in therefore there is efficiency at the organization. Where there is no planning of human capital a lot of time is wasted as people don't coordinate the activities that they engage in. Planning of human capital needs to occur for the employees to know the roles that they are supposed to engage in.

Resource strategy is a strategy of ensuring that resources are managed and utilized effectively within an organization. The strategy ensures that the resources are utilized for the purposes that they were budgeted for and that there is less wastage of resources (Sarfraz, 2017). Managers should come up with strategies where the employees and the people tasked with the responsibility of managing the resources ensure that they are used for their right purposes and for the purposes that they were budgeted for. When the organization uses the resources effectively, then the organization achieves the goals set.

Through teamwork, it is easier to attain company goals than it is when each employee works alone (Cameron 2012). To promote the teamwork spirit as the manager, it will be critical to communicate the vision of the organization. Additionally, recognizing the efforts of the staff will make them feel valued hence become more committed to their duties. Empowering employees will also have a positive impact as well as coming up with strategies that promote education among the staff to make sure that they are up to date and skilled in their jobs.

Conclusion

To summarize, human capital management is a task that is central to the organization because the attainment of the organizational objectives depends on the staff. The manager should, therefore, ensure that the employees hired to have the right skills. Transformative leadership style is suitable for empowering the staff and employees are effectively motivated to boost performance. Through continuing education programs and exceptional interpersonal communication, productivity is guaranteed.
