How to Spend an Extra Hour in the Day

Extra hour in the global time system means that time format displayed on the clocks would change. Hereby, I would use the extra one hour on introducing the clock that would reflect the new system. This would be made possible through formulating mathematical models and as a result, the new time frame would reflect on the newly invented clock. The new time format on clocks would be a 25 hours clock system rather than 12.5 hours clock system.

Idea or Experience That Makes Me Excited About Learning

Invention is the basic idea that generally excites to learn more. Invention means bring into existence something new. For instance, global warming is a challenge that entirely is caused by human activities. Physics as the source of most inventions is dedicated to improving or introducing new technologies that would significantly minimize the impact of the old technologies that result to global warming. Invention is important in every filed that touches on human existence. This includes in the agriculture, transportation, medical services, security and entertainment industry among others.

My study in mathematics will be a he milestone towards the journey of creativity and inventions which at the end of it all, improved and better ways of doing things will be introduced. This aspect of learning excites me most and is the driving force in my application of mathematics in Stanford College.
