MedSpring Urgent care has for ages taken care of the health needs of Houston residents. During my assessment of the state of lifestyle diseases among the Houston Community children, a report from the facility that obesity is growing to be a major concern for the children drew my focus into teaching the community about healthy living. This was more so to the young generation who spent much of their time in front of the television sets, as such this plan will help in teaching the possible community benefits to healthy living.
