The impacts or the results may be categorized into positive and negative results. Just to discuss but a few of this problem, it has brought upon since its invention and the introduction; in the past, the majority believed and trusted so much on doctors who were only found in hospitals or in other health institutions CITATION Blo03 \l 1033 (Bloor, 2003). Since they are accessible in most parts of the country, the market for stationary hospitals is then reduced significantly because almost similar healthcare is provided.

The introduction of many nurse practitioners has also barred big or high-level hospitals from being recognized in the entire market. Their popularity in terms of its customers is also affected because the attendances have drastically reduced in the past decade. Poor healthcare is also a major problem which has resulted. The so-called practitioners who believe in themselves and does not require any approval may provide poor services because after all, none will push them to the wall to improve on their services reducing their preference as well in the market.

Nevertheless, nurse practitioners have also impacted the health market demand positively in a number of ways. First, it has reduced the longer duration that is taken for one to be granted services in the essence that, some people cover much longer distances to reach destinations where hospitals or institutional health service are located.

Another possible impact that may be created by this, may result from the poor services offered by doctors themselves. In most countries, government workers are normally so poor with their services, especially with the developing countries. The statement is mostly validated by the fact that in those countries, workers normally receive less amount for salary, a matter that they reciprocate by offering low-quality services to the citizens. The existence of these practitioners may then help in this occasion and indeed have helped in offering topmost quality services branded as 'private services.

The existence of nurse practitioners also helps in sorting out emergencies that may arise at any time. Occasionally, there occur some cases when a patient is to be taken through serious medication, the chances of survival for the patient becomes too minimal when there are no people like nurse practitioners CITATION Per09 \l 1033 (Perry, 2009). This has helped to increase the health market demand in the last decade, their existence is thus of great help and can continue offering assistance to individuals in the coming future.

Nurse practitioners are also in a position to advise accordingly, the parents and all patients who happen to attend the chemist or the small clinics they own. This is possible because services are offered for one person at a time not as it is in the public health services where a large crowd is treated at a go, therefore, minimizing the time for consultation. Consultation services make it better and favor the existence of nurse practitioners, this, therefore, makes it more market demand in the recent past and is swaying up the existence of public health institutions.
