Introduction
Interactive advertising is an online based media tool that is used to communicate with the consumers and for product promotion, service brands and announcement for the public service, without forgetting the corporate or political groups. There is a need for the absolute enhancement and communal communication with whoever and whenever the advertisement is directed to. One of these advertising media tools is Jobs DB. It is one of the online tools that is effectively used to transform lives through advertising and the knowledge on the need for the urgent knowledge on the product or services. Jobs DB was founded in the year 1998 with the sole aim of performing the advertisement, and it has been in the growing trend, and to this level, it has become an important tool in marketing and spreading the whole information that concerns production and service provision. It is a very important tool for the employers and the students because from there, employers can know the current job positions and advertising vacant job position while students can find the internships opportunities. The online tool then became part of the Australian Stock Exchange-listed SEEK limited. It today provides those seeking jobs the opportunities that are exceptional, so much into adherence to the philosophy of excellence. It has students in as the main central focus.

It has a very good existing network and reputation and has a clear job category. It is a good website for searching jobs. However, it's not a perfect platform for both students and employers overall. It is evident therefore that the rate of use of the online tool is high and that at the organizational level many people are after knowing what is going on and that all sessions are utilized. This means that many people are at the verge of knowing who what is up at the market place and what and the tens I the corporate world. This then leaves with the conclusion that Jobs DB is a useful tool that has greatly affected the lives so many people.
