Introduction
The main goal when briefing a case is to decrease the information drawn from the case to a form that will provide class references and useful information for review. This process of briefing a case is called the IRAC method. Supreme court of the united states Bars challenges to Partisan Gerrymandering, which is the party practice that takes care of the state legislature draws maps that are used for voting in order to elect and choose its candidates.
The process of briefing a case includes understanding the issue or problem that the court is facing is very important, grasping the rule or details the court law uses in order to tackle the issue, get the analysis of the rule that was applied to the facts by the court and come up with the conclusion that was made by the court about the case.
The fact is that Partisan gerrymandering was started almost at the same time with the nation and both parties have made use of it. The Republicans around the country have become the primary beneficiaries by capturing the legislatures of the country. They have been assisted by sophisticated software and have ended up drawing shaped voting districts that are odd in order to favor candidates of their party(Stewart,2017).
In this system, Part of the role of the court is to have its foundations defense which states that nothing is more important than elections that are free and fair. Chief Justice Roberts said that Federal judges on the other side have no license for reallocating the political power without the authority from the constitution between the two major political parties. The Minnesotan's prepping census which will be held in the year 2020 were pleased by the US Supreme Court on a Thursday hence blocking the inclusive of the citizenship question on the form currently by the federal government.
The eliminating question proponents said that plenty of uncertainty was still there about the next move and the feared that the actions from the administration and lingering litigation might end up preventing some of the Minnesotans from next year's participation Bob Tracy with the Minnesota Foundations Council said that they will keep going on with the same type of the challenges that they had before the addition of a citizenship question came up a year ago. The population count that is dining once in a decade usually has huge Minnesota implications. The Court's rule about Donald Trump's administration said that this question will give them a chance to put voting rights rules but the opponents denied by stating that this will be motivated politically and racially.
The U.S Bureau of Census has concluded that they will have the ruling review and on Thursday Trump tweeted that he has the aim of having the count delayed in order to continue with the legal challenges(Thurmes,2017). Political labels are defined by Robert's Supreme Court. Some hours after John Roberts who is the Chief Justice gave a huge victory to the Republicans that gives protection to the Partisan extreme electoral districts from the challenge of federal court, he was blasted by the critics as being a politician who is a traitor and could view for office in the country(Weeden,2016). These attacks came from the enemies of president Donald Trump and all their anger was directed to him, not the Partisan gerrymandering ruling that came from the Supreme Court. Saharsky said that Kavanaugh was appointed and was a questioner who was straightforward during the court arguments, a confident and who was not having any waves in any similar respect. Two of the Trump appointees who are Justice Neil Gorsuch and Kavanaugh found themselves on the 18 opposite decisions side. They all voted on the citizenship question and gerrymandering which were the biggest questions.
