Introduction
Japanese Foreign Policy is predominantly described as the exercise conducted by the cabinet as the primary subject to the overall practice of the national diet. The prime minister is mandated to make time to time report concerning the foreign relation pertaining to the diet. It constitutes of the upper and lower house each having committee of foreign affairs. Each committee is responsible for reports directed to chamber it belongs. occasionally special committee is created to preside over special question arising. Furthermore, diet members are allowed to raise the question of the policy of pertinent. Any particular treaties engaging foreign countries need ratification by mandated Diet. Perhaps, the constitutionally prime minister who is the dominant figure has the final word when it comes to matters concerning the major decision on foreign policy. Hence, the essay seeks to find out how the Japanese foreign policy is changing particularly under the rule of Prime Minister Abe.
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's has impacted greatly on the Japanese Foreign policy. He has drawn attention on his ways of domestic reforms and diplomacy. His approach, especially in foreign policymaking on the state's administration, has largely exceeded the expectations. After coming into the office, significant changes concerning the decision-making process on bureaucracies of the Japanese which previously had been strongly clouted and eroded. The minister could now exert more power and control over foreign affairs ministry through the office of Prime Minister. Therefore, shifts on Japanese diplomacy went from the normal bureaucratic institutions to Prime Minister Office. Moreover, the official mandated on the foreign policy where previously they were responsible in the creation of Japan's strategy on international relation matter, presently they have been rather assigned to simply conducting the implementation of the of policies decided at the executive level. According to reports from conventional wisdom, Japan policymaking is effective and efficient when the leadership role incorporates the policy of bureaucracy. Prime Minister Abe signaled great desire to closely cooperate closely and together with the office soon after been elected into the office in December 2012. Apparently, his approach on the foreign policymaking slowly becomes tightening the control on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs thus more power goes to the Prime Minister office. Abe's ability to get grip on diplomacy has become extremely important that he has been able to acquire freedom to implement his planned agendas without having worries about resistance from the bureaucratic establishment. Abe has been able to establish success in the quest to curtail bureaucratic power and be able to outstand in foreign policymaking.
The longevity of Abe in the office of Prime Minister has contributed a lot in the change of foreign policymaking. Abe administration with time has managed to establish a good and deep rapport with the officials responsible for foreign policymaking hence making it easier to push the implementation of agendas forwarded to the committee. Great support from the bureaucrats who understand Abe ability to oversee his initiatives thus they cannot ignore policies passed on by the government.

In conclusion, Abe ability to use Prime Minister power to achieve a centralize policymaking that ensures the compliance of bureaucracy with his diplomacy agendas. Additionally, the success of Abe in changing foreign policymaking is attributed by the powerful members of Abe's team who have unshakeable believe in his ideologies guided by his notion of success and efficiency in foreign policy matter.
