Academic institutions get differentiated due to their unique excellence in different fields. GSU remains astute organization in medical and human sciences courses as most of its programs aimed at imparting positively the students with relevant skills and abilities that are critical for the continued academic inquiry especially in respiratory care (Kacmarek, Stoller & Heuer, 201 It endeavors to sustain excellent performance as part of its program's strategic objectives. The faculty of respiratory care therapy intends the enhancement of advanced ability in clinical performance while assisting its physicians in pursuing clinical respiratory treatment (Alasmari, 2014). Additionally, it labors to produce competent graduates that would deliver critical care after study completion. The institution takes credence in its integration of technology in examining and evaluating cases in respiratory care.

It has always been my dream to utilize my professional competence to impact humanity positively. I come from a society that records a significantly high number of respiratory infections. The dusty weather from my locality explains the rise in respiratory diseases that many residents of Riyadh suffer. In one of the saddest incidences in life saw my brother develop asthma. I intend to develop a viable program that would alleviate the pain of the people of Riyadh who are threatened with extinction through respiratory infections. It is only through the acquisition of advanced master's degree in respiratory therapy care that I would be able to contribute effectively to curbing the challenges that my people face. The degree qualification would also enable me to mentor many learners back home that are interested in pursuing this field.

The respiratory therapy care master's degree requires an applicant to attain specific qualifications. Applying student should be a first graduate in health sciences (Alasmari, 2014). I hold a respiratory care bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center which is a prerequisite qualification for the master's program. The course requires that one should have a GPA of 2.75 while I possess a GPA of 3 points (Kacmarek, Stoller & Heuer, 2016). I believe that my considerable long hours of studying during my undergraduate degree would viably place me at the apex of consideration for the program. I intend to pursue Ph.D. after attaining my master's degree. It will also satisfy me if I advance my skills in becoming a respiratory therapist that would serve citizens back in Saudi Arabia.

In conclusion, GSU remains my university of choice in pursuing a master's degree in respiratory therapy care. I possess essential meticulous academic qualifications and experience to gain admission at this prestigious university. The skills acquired in the master's degree program in the field of respiratory care would inform my step in attaining a Ph.D. and also enable me to start viable projects in Saudi as showcased herein.
