Introduction
A venture into the undisclosed and continuous world of science and medicine has been my passion and desire in my life. I am carried away by the simplicity in the transformation of data to reality which creates a way to finding cure and advance in the Microbiology and Immunology Science field. All through my life, I have had an inspiration in the advances in science and medicine and acknowledged the significance in the increases in the contribution of humanity. The continuous achievements of mankind are dependent on the advances with the constant dynamics. An exploration of such dynamics and the hard work towards aid in their adaptation by understanding is what inspires me to the Medical Laboratory Scientist Training program at the University of California, San Diego.
To foster on my experience in clinical laboratory science, I took a degree in Biology Science, College of Science, University of Mosul, Mosul, Iraq 1999, I hold a Master's in Microbiology and Immunology Science, University of Duhok, Duhok, Iraq 2007, and recently acquired an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician, Miramar College, San Diego, CA., May 2016.
My 42 years of living have provided me with an opportunity to explore experience in the career. In 2006, I worked in Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician, Miramar College, San Diego, CA., May 2016 engaging in activities such as advancement in the integrated control measures for infectious diseases through the distribution of molecular diagnostic tools. I investigated cell lysis, isolation of DNA by application of Molecular technique PCR, RLB, Real-Time PCR, and ELISA techniques to diagnosis lung disease. In the years 2007 to 2007, I worked Iraq, Kurdistan in Duhok Laboratory as a Duhok Laboratory and Medical College, the University of Duhok as an assistant lecturer. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, I was involved the conducting of blood test in the collected specimens in the laboratory such as hematology, bacteriology, chemistry, urinalysis, serology, immunohematology, immunology, and toxicology. I applied my knowledge in the use of equipment's such as microscopes, computers alongside other sophisticated laboratory equipment and prepared various quality control procedures after that providing reports. Working as an assistant lecturer, I organized lessons developed and taught Microbiology and Parasitology classes, therefore playing a part in the success of most students.
In 2013, I was a Medical Laboratory Technician Intern at LabCorp of America, San Diego, CA, where I performed various laboratory tests. Later on, between September 2016 and April 2017, my skills in medical laboratory science were sharpened when I worked as a Laboratory Assistant, Miramar College, San Diego, CA. Working there played a part in the advancement of skills such as operating and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment. I also got involved in the monitoring of experiments, made observations and calculated and recorded results. All these experiences in my career make me fit into this profession.
Conclusion
Medical Laboratory Scientist Training program at the University of California, San Diego would open a broad spectrum of career opportunity advancement and be an addition to my work experience. University of California, San Diego is a recognized center for clinical laboratory teaching and research. I have a strong belief that getting the program from this university would strengthen my foundation in medical laboratory by increasing my knowledge and skills that I can set up my private clinical laboratory This would be vital after graduation as I would reach to more people back in my country and across the world by being a Medical laboratory Scientist specializing in Microbiology.

- During American civil war, the North had historically been identified as states that were free and ones which opposed Confederacy and slavery. The struggle against secession as well as slavery obscured the reality. As early as 1796, the terms South and North were used as a warning against dangers of political differences which existed bringing forth prevalence of unions in the North more than the South. In the North, West, and Midwest states, development was majorly characterized by a system of agricultural diversity, commercial vigor, and free labor. Towards the end of World War 11, labor and politics in the North West, and Midwest states were having a unionization rate of approximately 40 per cent (Timothy, 2006). The New Deal party was favoring formation of Unions unlike in the South. The party was also promoting formation and growth of bill of rights of the North economy and National health insurance. In the Southern, there was low unionization rate and also the political climate did not favor the formation of unions. The Southern reactionary politics had pulled the political economy of America to the right, hence becoming a barrier to the establishment of a social welfare style similar to that of Europe and also undermined the formation of unions and wages of unions in the South (Peter, 2017).
