Introduction
In the near future robots will be doing almost 95% of the work that we human beings do. Technology has improved rapidly, and the area that has shown the potential in nanotechnology is the manufacture of molecular devices that are used in medicine. The devices are also known as to as Nanorobots, according to Mark on DNA Nanotechnology (885) Nanorobots have shown great potential in revolutionizing the field of electronics and electronic engineering especially in the high-tech subsector. Through research, it has been proven that this technology has both risks and benefits. And also it has raised ethical issues in its manufacture and development.
In the past years, nanotechnology has achieved considerable progress in the industry sector. Nanotechnology also is known as molecular manufacturing is the part of technology and science which deals with the control of matter at a scale of atomic and molecular .nanotechnology makes products that are very small in size which can be approximated to about 100 nanometers, they include products like electronic devices sensors and catalysts. Nanotechnology has been rated the most emerging areas in science with higher potential, and it's being applied in many sectors such as regenerative medicine, diagnostic and theranostic and also in drug delivery (Greu 12). Nanotechnology has combined fields of biology, chemistry, and engineering and has made them operate at the same level. In our daily lives through the experience and knowledge of the experts and nanotechnologists, it has enabled the production of light weight components and the new battery storage system which is considered to be of high performance. Since nanotechnology entails the creation of devices through the manipulation of matter, it has led to mass development in various sectors. For example in the health sector, it has enabled a smooth diagnosis of diseases and also treatment to the environmental remediation. Nanotechnology will improve our lifestyles in the near future. Through nanotechnology the sick will be healed; this is through the invention of the medicines that will be made in the near future. Nanotechnology has played an important role in electronics.it is used in many communication and electronic applications.it has enabled us to have a more portable system that can manage and store large amounts of information.nanotechnolgy is used in the Magnetic Random Acess Memory(MRAM)
Nanotechnology is widely used in today's world. The cars that we drive and also the clothes that we all wear have components of nanomaterials. For example in computing and electronics, the ultra-light-weight that is being used is because of the nanotechnology. Also, in the fitness products and the health products, nanotech materials are used for its efficiency. Nanotechnology is also used in addressing environmental concerns. Many products today have been improved by the use of nanomaterials; however, in the near future nanotechnology will be using nanomaterials in the construction of computers, medicines, and tiny-Nano engineered machines. In the near future through nanotechnology, we might no longer use the nanomaterials because there will emerge new ways of harnessing the energy and we might be seeing cars being powered by hydrogen. Also in the near future nanotechnology might lead to the introduction of a powerful computer that will be processing much information or data compared to a DNA molecule.
Through nanotechnology, researchers can develop nanomedicines that will target the protein which accumulates in the brains of patients with Alzheimer's. It will also target a particle which binds the tumour cells and through this innovation patients will be able to get medication. Scientist in India has decided to research nanotechnology. The technology is set to be used in diagnostic kits, sensors, improved water filters and the delivery of drugs. The study is conducted to enhance pollution reduction that is emitted by the vehicles. In the near future, nanotechnology will make advances in different fields. Nanomaterials are widely used in the cleaning of polluted areas, making of diagnosis and treatment of cancer, making of small and powerful computers.
As much as nanotechnology has been embraced over the years, there is a future risk that might come with it. Scientists have worn manufacturers who produce goods that contain nanomaterial to label them so that in case of any side effects in the future it will be easier to identify them. In the year 2009, the European Union passed a law that forced people who manufacture cosmetics to make sure that they label their products if they are using nanoparticles in the production of those products. This issue has created a division between politicians and the campaigners. Those who support the idea of labelling all products that contain nanoparticles says that they will support the choice of the consumer, those who opposed the idea insisted that if the labelling is done this might prevent the customers from buying the product because people might misinterpret the labelling and think that it is harmful for their consumption.
In the coming years, nanotechnology will play a bigger role in terms of protecting the environment; it will also make the developing world to have sufficient energy. Through the advancement of nanotechnology, there will be adequate storage of energy. Through nanotechnology computer and mobile phones, an electronic chip that is about 65-90 nanometers has already been commercialized. But through this innovation, it has been stated that nanomaterials might bring severe issues in the health of human beings. But there are electronic goods that have nanomaterials that raise concerns to environment and human health this is through the production of synthetic nanoparticles which coats the electrical products. But Since we are told that nanomaterials are designed to have one dimension of approximately 100 nanometers. In electronics, many different types of nanomaterials are used widely for research. And through that electronic industry, various uses of the nanomaterials have been produced. They include: use of carbon nanotubes in the semiconductor chips, nanomaterials in used in lighting technologies for example through the use of (LEDs) light emitting diodes.they are used in laser technology through the use of quantum dots.it is used in fuel cells through carbon nanotubes. Used in photovoltaics by the solar industry it makes them cheap and more efficient to use. Through nanotechnology green and eco-friendly technology can be developed and this will lead to the reduction of pollution. Also, electricity consumption will be reduced through solid state lightening. Nanotechnology can be used in the renewal and production of the less expensive energies.like in solar technologies, and fuel cells.
Nanotechnology has been used in the dental application in different forms with the development of nanobiomaterials as the most crucial tool in the field of prosthodontics. up to date; there has been an increase for the study of the dental application using the nanotechnology. Though it is not early to put into considerate the potential effects of nanodentistry, Nanodentistry will lead to an effective and more efficient dental treatment. If technology keeps advancing, nanotechnology will be the most used technique in the world.this will lead to more opportunities with benefits to many experts.
Nano electronics explains how we can increase the use of electronic devices and at the same time reduce their weight and the consumption of power. Through research, it has proven that in recent years there has been a massive growth in the nanotechnology. There have been more advances in electronic and computing devices "according to Scott on nanotechnology application (6455)" Most of the tools that we have today involve nanotech since most of them are smaller, lighter and faster.through the widespread of the technology in the future it will be even cheaper and easier to acquire such products. Still, researchers are still conducting their research in the association of electronics and nanotechnology. Due to technology, there has been a massive improvement in the transportation sector. Many companies have now moved to e-technology, and they are producing cars which are controlled by machines. The vehicles are programmed so that when they are on roads, they don't need a human assistant. Most companies use drivers when they are testing the cars only just in case of an emergency. Through the commercialization of Robo taxis services in America, which is seen as a driverless mode of vehicles, it has improved transportation among many citizens because the cars will have to pick you and take you wherever you are going, and the same vehicle will pick you to your desired destination.
Through the deployment of Robo-taxis in the American roads it has helped in the reduction of traffics on major highways, there is an improvement in road safety because this will reduce cases of road accidents. Researchers have stated that in the near future, most cars will be operating autonomously, and instead of using the fuel it will be operating electronically this will lead to the reduction of air pollution. Also, cars will be shared publicly because it will reduce the number of owners. Through the commercialization of the robotic-cars, many people have been left jobless. This is because robots will operate most cars and there will be no need of having a driver. Apart from people losing their jobs, also the most petrol station might count loses since most cars will not be using petrol. So this innovation will lead to most people becoming jobless.robo-taxis will lead to a decrease in the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)through the reduction of the fleet operators.
Since the introduction of Robo-taxi in the market, many people are yet to use or explore them. And the company is taking reasonable measures to ensure that proper comfort and convenience to its riders. Using a self-driven car is more comfortable and exciting too. A person needs to order for a taxi it comes picks you up are then you are driven wherever you want around the city with an affordable amount of money. Also, the Robo-taxis are designed in a way that if the customer wants to change his destination, they only need to ask the computer because they are programmed to communicate with the client. "According to Peterson on The Future of Mobility and Shifting Risk (35)," he stated that Robo-taxi is very useful in the modern days because not only has it made transportation easy it has also helped in reducing theft cases. This is because a person can decide to transport his luggage through self-driven cars. For example, if I want to take my huge amount of money to the bank. I will be more comfortable if I am using the Robo-taxi because I believe in case of any theft or carjacking incident, it will be reported immediately before it is too late, unlike the public vehicles where it is not very safe to be transporting cash and other valuable goods.
Most Robo-taxis are operating in the urban centres because it is highly populated and business will do well in cities than in rural areas. Almost half the population of humanity leaves in the city so that is why most companies will do their car testing in the cities also because there are good roads. The emergence of Robo-taxis has enabled many people to save since it is cost effective. And comparing using Robo-taxi and owning a personal car a person will prefer using Robo-taxi. Also, the advantage Robo-taxi has is that it helps people who usually find it hard to drive themselves in case they were going on a long-distance trip.
