It is, therefore, aimed at improving the understanding of the population about leadership and management in the modern society and the greatest influencers of the same in ensuring that the society takes part in the improvement of leadership quality. To improve the understanding of the population, there is the need to examine the relation between leadership and management and the way the two connect and help in the building of management theories. Finally, the teaching helped in examining understanding of the population on leadership and management and the way the two influence daily activities of the population. Moreover, there was the analysis of core values, the ethical framework, organizational change framework, and the self-assessment which aids in the determination of the type of leadership different people have.
Chapter 1: Thoughts on Leadership
Define leadership and management, and the related concepts and theories of the same.

The framework used should be used to describe what leadership is and building on an established model to explain concepts related to the adaptive, authentic or servant leadership.
Conclusion. It made the summary of the main points of leadership and management and the key points on the chapter.
Chapter 2: Leadership Theory
Leadership Theory. The teaching chose three main theories where there was an examination of the three to aid in improving their understanding with the view of helping the society to understand such in details. Issues of concern were the proposals of the three theories that fall under the classic theories or the contemporary theories. Finally, there was the examination of how the three theories support effective leadership in organizations in the modern society, limitations of the selected theories, and how the champion philosophy of leadership.
Conclusion. Making an emphasis of the key points and linking the same to the definition of leadership from Chapter 1.
Chapter 3: Self as Leader
Core Values. Lists and describes that key core values which help in guiding leadership practice, and hoe they help in supporting the leadership practice in the provision of effective leadership. A matter of great importance is the way the core values champion provision of efficacious leadership in the society and the way it helps in the improving organizational leadership.
Ethical Framework. Employs available literature as a support to describe the framework used in the making of ethical decision. This also involves the examination of a practical ethical situation and how the same is addressed.
Organizational Change Framework. Available literature posits that the theories help in the supporting and describing the organizational change process, and the same proves to be of great importance in championing leadership philosophy and practice. The theories also state the means of providing effective leadership.
Self-Assessment. Carrying out self-assessment and the examination of the theories gained from the relevant literature and the MAOL program helps in determination of the kind of leadership style an individual display.
Conclusion. The core values, ethical framework, organizational change framework, and self-assessment help in defining the type of leadership in an individual, and the same proves of great importance in determining how to improve on effective leadership and considerations to make when practicing leadership.
Leadership in Context
Description of Situation. There are events and situations that require leaders to make the right decisions and employ the sue of critical and creative thinking to help in addressing challenges they face on daily basis. Examination of such conditions provides a framework and serves as examples of how to employ leadership skills in the society for the benefit of the population.
Analysis of the situation
There are systems that help leaders to make the best decisions and provide and framework of making their leadership style to be effective and of benefits to the population.
Organizational behavior perspective. Every organization has an organizational behavior which shows the perspective on which the members of the organization believe. Such a behavior influences the kind of leadership style offered and how the same can be used to influence the type of behavioral perspective thereof.
Organizational Change Perspective. Any changes in an organization provides the basis within which the leadership can be enacted and the same proves to be of great importance in promoting leadership skills. The changes in an organization also requires the application of leadership skill to make such changes effective and beneficial to organizations.
Conclusion. It is apparent that different situations have various effects on the type of leadership being provided proving the need to examine the relation between leadership and different situations. Different leadership styles and leadership philosophies fit in different situations.
Chapter V. Final Thoughts
Essence or Major Cornerstones. The essence of leadership philosophy are the characters, values and ethics of leaders in providing the right form of leadership in the society. It is such components that determine the type of leadership that every leader portray in different situation and in different organizational settings.
Evolution of Thinking. Acquisition of knowledge and the general learning changes the views of leaders and the followers on the type of leadership required in different organizations and situations. Leadership skills is greatly influence by the knowledge that leaders have, and the same help in promoting effective leadership styles in the society.
Conclusion. There is the need for the population to acquire knowledge and skills on leadership and apply the same on the daily activities. Good leadership and management are or great importance tackling organizational and social challenge which improves the conditions of the juniors.
