In my short career as a preschool tutor, I have managed to experience diversity in various aspects, such as gender since the school I have taught have both the boys and girls learning together. They have managed to co-exist and even help each other in the learning process. The teaching process is made easier by having children from different ethnic backgrounds who tend to intermingle and learn about each other.
