The argument on early childhood education has been a key debate in the United States between parents and the government. Parents are insisting that children should be taught from home rather than in preschools by the government. They are also arguing that this is a strategy by the government to incur fees and taxation. The issue that has also been brought up in this ideology is about the programs that preschool will equip these children and if by the fact it will be advantageous to them. From this case, the speech will reason with the positive structures that preschool will have with our kids and try to prove to the audience that indeed there is need for all children to attend preschool.

The first evidence of the speech is to look at the child development at the moment of conception until the beginning of primary school by looking four four areas, physical wellbeing which is the health nourishment, cognitive development on memory and intelligence quotient, linguistic development on childs vocabulary and ability to read and write and finally social-emotional development, a childs perseverance and ability to work with others.
