Mitigation on behalf of group/family members. I would ask each of the group/family members who they depend on to be their guide or mentor towards attaining their leadership goals in combatting bullying. I will also offer myself as a mentor or a guide for any of the group members if they desire me to be that for them. Further, I will ask whether I can get in contact with their chosen mentors and guides if they do not choose me so that I can update the chosen guide or mentor on the group/family member's experience with bullying.
