Characteristics and qualities that make me stand out from my colleagues are my abilities and skills. I have exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and able to work in a target driven working cell center environment. I am a service orientated professional who is very confident when handling inquiries, complaints, and communications. I am also able to work with modern demands and effectively manage multiple workloads. I would like to work and study in the East Coast in U.S. The county seat of Greenville County, South Carolina. Also known as the City of Greenville this owes to the fact that I live there. I would like to work in a big corporation that will provide me with an excellent platform to expand my knowledge and to showcase my talents and abilities. I would like to work with a large number of employees so as to exercise my management skills and interpersonal skills. Many employees will allow me to gain a variety of knowledge in different fields.

I would like to work in a publicly traded entity that ensures accountability to its shareholders who are the public. This provides transparency in the organization and diligence in carrying out tasks. This has been the reason for my enthusiasm to work at Fluor Corporation which is the Worlds largest public traded entity (Glassdoor).

My lifestyle has affected my choice of workplace. My hobby of traveling the world has increased my desire to work at Fluor Corporation since it gives its employees a platform of traveling the world to carry out different tasks and gain knowledge of the various geographical areas (Fluor Corporation)

4. Promotion

To get a job interview opportunity and an interview at my desire post-graduate school, I will create an excellent and attractive profile of me to the interviewers. This is through having an updated and well-detailed curriculum vitae and writing a complete application letter of me. I would introduce myself and list my academic and professional qualifications, my skills and abilities, strengths and weaknesses, my hobbies and a list of available referees.

The advertising tool I will use is personal selling in my networking process and job websites to get a wider range of the different corporations that are looking to hire someone with my qualifications.

Networking goes along with my personal selling tool. I will give my various contacts that I have interacted with over the years a greater in depth of myself, what they did not know about me. I will inform them of all my qualifications and abilities; this will assist them when recommending me to their different contacts giving me a competitive edge over my competitors since a good recommendation is essential to employers as the recommender will act as a guarantor to your actions while working in the organization.

The distribution channel that I have developed to access my target market is networking. My excellent interpersonal skills enabled me to get along well with my co-workers in my previous job. At my last job I met different clients and worked with various people hence, it gave me a competitive edge in my networking process.
