Current state issue may influence the psychological ethics both positively and negatively as seen from their scholarly perspective. Positively, due to the devotion of normal ethical conduct by the psychologists, it has helped them to enhance better research through the application of methods, which minimizes the occurrence of research errors, being honest to one another and gaining of adequate knowledge to be used during the research process. This can be obtained by passing laws that can elaborate on the information that was developed after the research. By doing this, it will assist in reducing the chances of dishonesty in the field of Psychologists (Arvidsson, 2016). The relationship between the current state and psychological ethics has positively affected the work of psychologists through the creation of unity among themselves due to the existing collective responsibility in every individual. This correlation, which usually manifests in between the current state and the psychologists, has led to honest, self-esteem, and responsibility. Furthermore, many people are guided by ethics, such as supervision and teamwork as they interact with other people from different races of people who observe corrections and organizational requirements.

The current state matters may positively influence the psychological ethics by assisting in ensuring that the researchers dwelt on the responsibilities such as abuse of public resources. The recent state can be also be affected by proper norms (Gallagher, 2017). These proper norms are significant to the researchers since it mainly focuses on the achievement of communal support. The support given to the researchers can be situated successfully if only they are honest and display high standards of moral values, for instance, obtaining quality data during their fieldwork.

The current issue can negatively affect psychological ethics due to obsession by the researchers about the creation of some information, specifically those related to patient illness in the hospital. This may happen because of the researcher's negligence. Some of the ethical norms that are related to the field of medicine include; scientific medical measures and how to control harmful ultraviolet rays emitted by radiation. The consequence of the negligence of the health status of the patient and the other staff's members within a given hospital may end up to the patient suffering from mental health and finally leading to death if they are do not seek further medical treatment from more advanced hospitals.

According to the personal perspectives views of current state impacts, the current issue has led to the rise of conflict between the psychologists and the people. The emergence of the dispute is because the psychologists do not easily accept the fact there is an alternative way of learning people's deeds. The personal influence of current issue can also be drawn from a humanistic perception from the statistic that, it positively affects the improvement in the level of educational programs. Although humanistic psychology may be seen as a significant factor through its impact in the field of education, many critics have come up with different ideas about this matter, which are based on the belief of the wrong method of gathering data by the psychologists since the research does not provide the intended information hence misleading people.

The influence of the current issue on psychological ethics as per personal perceptiveness was also explain based on the theory which was discovered by a scientist known as Abraham Maslow. He proposed that humanistic psychology might be inspired by the spiritual health of the individual rather than those of people with physical problems. Abraham Maslow highlighted the impact of basic personal needs such as water and food as important because it helps every individual to survive, as it is essential requirements (Goulston, 2013). The other theory was proposed by Rogers' in which it mainly concentrates on the subject of personal perceptiveness in association to its influence on the current matters. He drew the evidence from the patient was exposed to the therapy. Because of therapist exposure, it enabled the patient to recover quickly by paying attention to the acquired skills, which enhances the issue of appreciation of oneself by different patients in hospitals leading to perceptiveness.

Rogers' theory of therapy also clarifies the influence of current issue on the psychological ethics based on personal perceptiveness after the realization that each not to pass judgment upon themselves but alternatively they should appreciate their physical appearance irrespective of the environment they were brought up. This will help them to have a sense of happiness among themselves hence relating well with other people. On the other hand, Rollo May come up with the issue of existentialism on everyone and it mainly emphases on the personal decision on matters within the surrounding environment. He pointed out the influence of the current issue on the psychological ethics and personal perception through various changes of a person life if the experience is a concern. He laid down the basis of personal hard work towards the attainment of personal dreams according to individual determination throughout his entire life (Grenny, 2013).

Based on the current issues related to the psychological ethics that was raised by the critics, it was learned that the personal experience might lead to an impression on individual development. This occurs due to the inability of appreciation of the external habitat, which is favored by a given community (Harkins, 2017). There was also the issue of psychodynamic perspective, which dwelt on the behavior of human being, their thoughts, how they communicate in their various habitats, and their feelings towards themselves. It majorly stresses the existence of a relationship between motivational awareness and its influence on human behavior.

The current issues also have some effects on psychological ethics. These issues are linked to the current psychological ethics, which comprises of; intellectual and property openness, the consciousness of several roles, adherence to the approved rules, honoring of disclosure and secrecy and knowing of ways on how to cope with psychological ethics. On addressing the influence of intellectual property openness, it deals with the exposure of certain data for further research to by the scientist. This is to enable enough time for shielding of the information handed over. The psychologists have also explored some influence on the recent psychological ethics with several roles such as abstinence from the explosion of harmful effects on the performance of various fields. Also, consent rules have influence recent psychological ethics through the use of appropriate knowledge which is usually available, and it is based on the idea of welfares and risks among the people as they are developing psychological ethics in their various departmental organization.

Current issue similarly affects the honor of confidentiality and personal secrecy through maintenance of every psychologist rights during his field of study to obtain the relevant information that might help the people in the society. This can be achieved by applying the state laws, which restrict to know the status of individuality, for instance, the prohibition of asking some people about their family life, their faith, and their gender. Current ethics has too allows the researchers to know about their guidelines; hence, they easily cope with their work during the fieldwork leading to the better gathering of data. The good training that is offered to the psychologists has helped them to identify the norms that are required when dealing with the matters of behavioral aspect, and they later input these virtues in their professional lives. It will also help them to be more creative in the field, which requires critical thinking (In Nguye,2015).

Deception is another challenge that affects the work of psychologists more so the current issues on the part of psychological ethics (In Schwartz, 2018). The idea of dishonesty mainly concentrates on the restriction of harm to the psychologists. In addition, through the research that was conducted, deception has been a major problem, which might negatively affect the researcher member through the perception of self-esteem and other false practices. Deception creates suspicious among the people and the researchers as they undergo their duties.

Conclusion

In conclusion, current matters can influence how the psychologist understand their professional ethics and how they apply them in their field of study. It is also true that every individual has a task to protect the rights of the researchers for him or her to relate well with them and to get accurate information about different fields of research.
