Introduction

The school organization which is the subject of the project is Purse College. In this case, there is the use of a pseudonym. It is a higher learning institution which serves a population of thirteen thousand students who take their studies in shift periodically, owing to the medium size nature of the organization. In this regard, Purse College is located in central Texas and is highly regarded by the locals as the college of choice since it provides high quality education in a variety of programs provided in the organization. The structures of the organization are composed of both the ones which were made when it was started almost a century ago as well as the modern superstructures which serve to define its magnanimity and appealing stature.

There are, also, various stakeholders who put in their effort as per the requirements, in their respective proportions, to bring out the smooth running of the educational institution that is a dream of many to study in. Among the stakeholders are the teaching and non-teaching staff, the federal and local governments, other partner educational institutions, the sponsoring community, parents, as well as the students of whose aim the institutions run. The age of the students being attended to by the institutions ranges between sixteen and no maximum limit. It can, therefore, be observed that the organization is quite receptive to the scholars of divergent age brackets, thus favorable. It also accommodates people from all races, which was the aim of forging inclusivity for the races subscribed to diverse backgrounds across the country (Mittler, 2012). The scholars and participants with various income levels are also welcomed to study in the organization, with the requirement that they meet the stipulated rules and regulations governing the organization.

History: Past and Present

Concerning the history, the past and the present of the organization, it was founded in the year 1919. Since then, there have been tremendous changes and developments in various components of the organization, which have immensely contributed to its current advanced state. First, there have been structural improvements in the school organization. The structures have been constructed over the years until the resultant present state of the organization has been obtained. In this regard, most of the structural developments were realized between the years 1951 - 1989 when there was a transformative ad a proactive director of the organization, who always yearned for the betterment of the college in the run to provide quality education and attract great innovators as per the dictates of its mission and vision. The twenty-story structure which is conspicuous within the compound of the organization was thus built in 1969. Other structures which composed of the administration block, the lavatories, the storage buildings, the pavements, and the rooms for studying were built in the succeeding years of 1944, 1945, 1946, and 1947. They were also renovated in 1982 and 1983. Their perimeter wall was constructed in 1998.

Currently, the compound of the organization is quite magnificent, all composing of its present look. A seemingly summative perimeter wall encloses the components within the organization. The educational organization is quite effective in delivering the required services to the target stakeholders, and more notably the learners. The programs present include those covering aviation and aerospace science, nursing, medicine, teaching, as well as the provision of technical skills to students (Darling-Hammond, 2012). The mission of the organization is to produce students who are capable citizens equipped with skills, creativity, humanity, and the imagination spirits to positively contribute to the welfare of all the systems of human lives. In this way, it would have contributed to the empowerment of the participants in the race to better the lives of humanity down history. There is also its mission, which is to be a competitive center of excellence in so far as the inception of knowledge, skills, and aptitude to humanity is concerned. It can thus be observed that Purse college is destined towards bettering the entire world in the eras to come.

Technology

There are technologies which are already in use in the organization. They include digital devices for students as well as mobile and web apps (Johnson et al., 2016). In this regard, the digital devices for students enhance the digital platform for the students where they engage in an online basis and discuss academic issues, where there are the teachers involved in providing guidance and aid in the solution provider. For the mobile and web apps, the students can access the e-learning materials that act as resource materials in their learning, hence increasing their gain of knowledge in the long run. The technologies can thus be observed to be appropriate to the students in a variety of ways. First, they aid in the advancement of knowledge in their spheres. It is mainly because they can employ the use of mobile and web apps to access research materials which provide more knowledge on specific subjects. Besides, the digital devices enable them to save time as they can discuss a lot of time in the situation where they can engage online and discuss matters of crucial significance to their studies in the long run. They are also able to discuss more subjects hence contributing to knowledge exchange as various participants can present their views on certain subjects during the discussions. There is also an aspect where the teacher is easily accessible to the students through the use of digital devices. The tutors can access a large number of students at one time, and also at the comforts of their preferred locations, and engage in active discussions which in the long run will not go unanswered as there is a guiding tutor to provide directions.
