Introduction
The American Heart Association is an organization in the United States that focuses on the funding of the research involving cardiovascular diseases. Also, the organization works to educate the consumers on healthy living and also encourages appropriate cardiac care with the aim of reducing disability as well as deaths that result from the cardiovascular disorders and stroke (American Heart Association, 2019). The cardiovascular diseases are on the rise not only in the United States but also in other different parts of the world. Most people die as a result of stroke, high blood pressure, heart attacks and obesity (American Heart Association, 2019). American Heart Association, therefore, works to ensure that people remain healthy from different cardiovascular diseases.

Understanding the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases is one step that is geared towards the treatment and prevention processes. Checking blood pressure regularly, controlling the eating habits, encouraging the physical activities, as well as frequent checkups, are some of the best practices that will be undertaken by the American Heart Association in an attempt to reduce the heart and the general cardiovascular diseases. The American Heart Association often work to avail the resources and conduct activities for different people in the community that are geared towards the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Also, the organization provides healthy preventive measures that aim at reducing cardiovascular diseases and promotes healthy living.
Impact Objective
By the end of the study, different people will be able to understand the causes of the cardiovascular diseases, the treatment procedures that need to be employed as well as the preventive measures that should be undertaken specifically to the people who are prone to these diseases. The preventive approaches will be measured through the responses delivered by the people. Also, the understanding of the treatment procedures will be measured through the participant's activities that are geared towards the prevention mechanisms.
Data Collection Methods
The process of data collection will involve respondents who will be required to fill the questionnaire designed for the study. Each of the selected study respondents will be able to answer the required data, which will then be recorded in the Excel spreadsheet and after that transferred to the SPSS for the data analysis. Some of the tools that will be used in the process of data collection include Microsoft Excel, Questionnaire, SPSS, and checklists. These tools will be essential in the field where the actual data collection will take place.
Data Analysis
After the data collection, there will be data cleaning, and after that, the analysis will be conducted using SPSS. There will be descriptive analysis to show the number of participants the mean or average values of different variables that are involved in the study. Also, there will be a test of hypothesis to compare the category of people who are most affected by cardiovascular diseases. Also, t-test, as well as the correlation, will be employed to compare different variables that are significant in the study.
Plans for Reporting the Results
The reporting of the data obtained will be linked to the literature review, as well as other findings from different research. In other words, while presenting the data, the comparison will be made with the information that is already available in different kinds of literature. Additionally, the presentation of data will be based on the quantitative results. While reporting the results, more attention will be given to the factors associated with cardiovascular diseases.
