Introduction
The implementation of the information system requires resources that will enable it to integrate capabilities to meet the needs of the organization. Key among these capabilities with be flexibility to achieve a proper design plan. The resulting design should ensure the elimination of manual operations while automating process and providing the potential for the organization to scale its operations.
Implementation Work to be Handled
The entire Prosecutor's Information Management System will be developed and implemented within the required time. To achieve all the aspects of the information system, software designers and developers will be needed. The aspects of the system which will be designed and developed include an electronic filing and appeals system, a legal research platform, a reliable medium for the essential neutral citations, and search capacity for past cases involving an individual and their parole or probation history. A virtual emulation of the courtroom setting will be developed as well as the ability of the system to capture legislative changes. A segment of the system will be open to the public to examine court information that is relevant for their cases or those that are of interest to them. Considering the sensitivity of the information that will reside in the system, the security of the system will be considered as well as the accessibility within specific digital environments.
A software designer will ensure that all the aspects of the information system are captured in a single environment and that the elements of the system will coordinate synergistically to ensure an optimal environment. A team of software developers will be needed to build an information management system. Both the software designer and the developers will need to be equipped with the right set of software and hardware resources so that they provide the best solution given the specifications. The developers will require access to the software environment which will be used by the client organization. The right operating system will be necessary for the design of an information management system that is customized based on the preferred computer hardware. The system will be delivered within two months. The organization must make available computers, avail a cloud computing database environment, and the right operating system to enable the delivery of the service. Before the client is handed the information management system, proper security features will be installed. Such services will be acquired as SaaS so that monetary allocations will be needed for this.

Change Management Strategy
Changes to the information system will ensure the elimination of the manual element and the automation of services. Before commencing the implementation of the information management system, it will be essential to determine the objective of the system modernization. Preliminary stages will outline the persons that will be directly or indirectly affected by the changes. Additionally, how much people are affected will be of concern. The duration of the change will be provided, and a breakdown of the stages of the change process shall be determined.
Once the scope of the change is determined the client will be engaged on the importance of the change to the efficient delivery of their responsibilities, organizational competitiveness, and scalability of services. Regular briefs will be provided during the project development and installation stages so that the expected user is conversant with its functionalities, and so that upon its rollout, the client will find it easy to use. Phased implementation will be used to ensure that the client has a proper understanding of the information management system.
The new system will work on the operating system that the employees of the client organization are familiar with. Consequently, mobile devices will be required to access the system. Wireless internet will need to be installed within the organization's premises to ensure that secure access to the new portal is guaranteed. The staff will need training on the security of information, while a network security plan will be required. A risk assessment plan will be developed and shared with the staff so that they are aware of the potential risks that the system would be exposed if proper security measures do not adhere to.
A risk assessment plan will be provided. The program will identify potential risks associated with the system. An analysis of the risks will be offered. Risk triggers will be identified, and a resolution and action plan provided for the fast remedy of such eventualities.
The old information management will remain operational during the development process. Therefore, the staff will continue their services uninterrupted. However, a phased transition process will be implemented so that the various aspects of the staff duties will be adopted into the system incrementally so that at the end of the process, they are conversant with the new environment.
Resistance is anticipated considering that the new system will work differently from the system the staff is acquainted with. Resistance is most likely to arise from older users who may think that the new system is complex. The preliminary phase of the system implementation will be extended to allow for the proper introduction of the system to overcome such opposition. A sample system will be used to show how the new platform makes work more comfortable.
