When starting a business obtaining clients is one of the most important aspects. With regards to CCRCs, there are various places where customers a can be obtained (Ernest, 1987). A person can expand their boundaries by visiting such places and giving a summary of the services that they provide. Some of the places include; Rehabilitation centers, hospice homes, and skilled home agencies. These homes usually provide daily nurses or therapists, but there is rarely personalized care which would attract clients to CCRCs as personalized care is their core value (Ernest, 1987),
Doctors, Both general and specialist practitioners approve home care arrangement for patients. Creating a good relationship with the doctors enables one to obtain patient care work for their patients with such needs.
Hospitals, patients who have been discharged and still require follow-up care get assigned to various caregiving institutions by a social worker. One can get an opportunity to care for such patients; Senior Program agencies, these agencies cater for the elderly in the society. In various occasions, they usually place their members in homes depending on their need. Such placements give one an opportunity to acquire old clients.
Local Churches, participating in local church programs by attending their meetings provides an opportunity to market and the majority of the congregation being elderly provides a great source of clients; Provider Directories, There are directories containing details of caregivers, online, in local newspapers, and they get distributed in medical offices. Such exposure would attract clients; Volunteer activities, volunteering in places such as soup kitchens and other community charities make people compassionate, and they trust you. Such qualities are ones foundation (Gupta, 2010).
Public speaking, one should conduct speeches in other homes and meet with the people there and discuss interesting and captivating topics that will attract them to you.Joining home care organizations is another method.Membership in such organizations makes one accredited, and it shows commitment to providing quality caregiving, The local media also provides a platform in the advertisements in the local television about the level and types of services rendered attracts people to seeing what one could be providing.There also exists competitors from other caregiving organizations. They can be a good source of clients if relationships remain healthy. There can be mutual agreements to refer clients to one another where either of the agencies is unable to provide services. Last but not least; Word of mouth, referrals from clients and former clients tell about the excellent services that they received when under ones care (Gupta, 2010).

Who oversees our qualities and standards?
The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities accredits us. The state regulatory agency also carries out investigations, and you are free to request the most recent survey from the agency. We have complied with local building codes, fire and safety regulations.
Who are the people that we serve?
We serve senior citizens who require assistance in their day to day activities such as preparation of meals, management of medication, transportation and personal care such as bathing and dressing. We also care for people who require special assistance due to dementia and other related diseases. People also who cannot live alone or be taken care of by their family member also benefit from our services.
What are our fees and payments?
There are three types of payment plans which exist in our institution. There is a plan with entry, monthly payments, and a proposed rental fee. The entry fee of $60, 000 is payable upfront, and it may be nonrefundable. It is, however, refundable on a declining basis with time, partially or wholly refundable. Our rental fees cover housing and other services including secondary healthcare services. We also offer payment contracts; the extended contracts include amenities, cleaning services and long-term healthcare without increases in monthly payments. There is also modified contracts that cover facilities, cleaning services and a specified amount of health care. Further, there is a fee for service contract which only includes amenities, cleaning services, and emergency or short-term nursing care
How is our assistance with daily activities?
We offer supportive amenities excellent services and utmost caregiving in a homely setting. Our staff is available day and night to assist with the resident's safety and support. The staff is available to meet all scheduled and unscheduled needs. We also offer memory care for those with Alzheimers or other types of dementia. This care includes innovative therapy to improve the quality of life of our residents.
What are our entertainment and co-curricular activities?
We carry out book groups, planned theater outings, and gardening clubs. The residents also have the liberty to take part in activities outside the vicinity. The staff in charge of activities usually assess the leisure needs and interests of residents to guide them to their programs of interest. We also have gym and spa treatment amenities and staff ready to assist. Yoga, chair exercises, Zumba dancing and chair exercises are also offered.
How are our meals, housekeeping and laundry services?
The residents are offered three nutritionally balanced meals each day. The residents also eat fruits and snacks during and in between meals. A resident has the option of requesting special food when desired. The residents use the dining area during mealtime; however, a resident may choose to dine in the comfort of their rooms. The staffs ensure that the residents stay in a clean and sanitary environment and their laundry is properly cleaned and arranged in every residents individual drawer.
How is access to healthcare?
We provide medication management in our institution and maintain medical records of all our residents. We have our hospital that runs day and night. It also offers medical services to the general public. The residents do not require to move out of our center to receive treatment. However in case a resident is seriously sick and need a referral, we have fully equipped ambulances to facilitate their transfer and treatment.
How safe and secure is our institution?
We have secure buildings surrounded by a perimeter wall. A 24- hour emergency response system is accessible from every residents room. There are also security monitoring systems that prevent residents from wandering.
Are there available means of transport?
Transportation is available; the residents can, however, bring their cars. There are scheduled outings offered ever so often; residents use the vehicles available if needed to attend to doctors visits, go shopping or to attend to any other activity they may desire.
