The fallacies on straw-man are taken to be exciting because they are done neither with an intention nor without in a debate to make various comparative ideas in life. The people that are fond of using the fallacy of the straw-man usually find themselves using them with minimal utterance to their opponents and thus causing defiance in understanding the various issues being displayed. There is an idea of creating more assumption or misunderstanding of an idea by being given to the different populations on the ideas, thus creating a scenario of free will termed as skeptic's position. The straw-man fallacy is termed to take place when somebody takes the idea of the other to be having a refuting intention on the position he or she is in. The main idea or point is being misinterpreted from the main point being spoken about, thus giving the interpretations of the idea to be taken at different reasoning and position. Straw-man implies the build of straw from knocking down the major strawman for the burn of the real person. The major analog takes place when one person takes out a point into serious heights making the person have faulted the people as a straw-man. The point made by the person on the fallacy straw-man is made to create more essence of pretending the impression on the different extents. They usually present the various views to make sure there are fallacy ideas and views to be made and interconnected for the creation of an idea that has already been discussed and given full evidence. The fallacy in straw-man is opted to create a very difficult situation of understanding one's point and thus creating a misconception of the various issues being discussed. All these fallacies lead to the unclear illustration on which point to be supported or not due to the interruptions being created by the people having the debate in their hands. The straw-man usually made by the people in a debate usually takes it to be a real individual who is the opposer and not the straw in the debate being discussed. There are various fallacious that take place in the day to day activities due to the distinct ideas being displayed to create a real person extent and not a straw at different scenarios (Bennett, Bo. 45).

The fallacy illustration that I take into the discussion is the one of knocking down the responsibility and the blame on the sense that is not desert. The words responsibility and blame are taken to be very ambiguous words. They are taken to be utilized in various means; for instance, the hurricane is taken as blame and also taken responsibility for the destruction of the roofs in the towns. The major essence implied in the scenario of the hurricane generally means the truth in the desert sense. With the use of the analogy for the response being to have taken place at the consciousness of an individual might be taken as being of blame or responsibility depending on the extent of the harmfulness caused. Notably, the will of skeptic free suggests on the insanity of the individual taken to be responsible in all extents. The meaning of desert is the essence of a person being entitled to the punishment. It gets to know on how to prevent a person from doing a bad thing through deterrence, incarceration, and the rehabilitation.

The essence of a free skeptic is also done to show the correct way of taking in the punishment to be implemented to create more essence in the long run. The free skeptic is done on an agreement that depicts the ideal reasons for the process that could prevent a person termed as being dangerous from taking place in a scenario not expected to. Most people find themselves denying the idea of closing up a bad individual found in the extent of not being a suitable person for the other individuals living in society (Withey, Michael, James Olstein, and Henry Zhang 65). Most people find it difficult to make other mistakes due to the imposition of the penalties being imposed on them. For instance, a driver driving while drunk usually gets it difficult to do so due to the penalties imposed on the responsibility and the or blame, he or she may get out of the heavy fining set in place. All these forms of punishments lead to the creation of a retributive justice that does not hinder everybody on different extents.

In conclusion, the fallacy of straw-man remains to be practiced daily with idea of creating a misunderstanding. More so, in the case of the scenario of the blame and responsibility, there is the essence of using punishment for the best practice for justice.
