Introduction

There have been two systems of power that were widespread and concentrated, although they are old terms. 'Superpower' and 'Empire' are the two terms that have made the United States to be spread and extend its power, but the most important is the internal results. The constitution helps to bring both the government and the citizens at the same level. The two terms are used as a sign of being above the level of citizens despite there being the constitution. The state is so much powerful than the citizens, and all other institution has been made for an extended period. The party systems are a good example where the Republicans resulted from the careless and non-democratic majority that was full of so much pride. The Republicans resulted in being intolerant while on the other hand, Democrats have pulled on a critical mind to make the tendency of concentrating on one ideology come to an end. Democrats created a way in which they could have the power to make an empire in their society where mass, and ruthless were essential for ideologically driven parties (Wolin, 2003).

The representatives that were intended by the Democrats are no longer designed to represent voters. The institutions have been corrupted by people who do not expect to be responsible for their purpose; instead, they focus on the most wealthy and powerful corporations. On the other hand, courts are used by corporate powers to be responsible for national security. The result is the manipulation of citizens into becoming insecure with many issues of insecurity and criminal reports, not forgetting the full effect of unemployment. This kind of political system is described as 'inverted totalitarianism.' Inverted is in terms of the existing policy being similar to that of Nazism where the aspiration was to have power with no limit and having more extensive territories with the method being in the form of inversion (Wolin, 2003).

In terms of development, there are theoretical points that were used, for example,, modernization and underdevelopment. These were associated with the policy of the United States during the Second World War. Modernization was described as the western economies and political issues. The theories were introduced by the Latin Americans Fernando Henrique Cardoso being among them who later became the Brazilian president. The government termed to be authoritarian were tolerated as much as they gave priority and economic in the western countries. The peripheral was entitled to supply the primary producers with raw materials, labor at a lower fee, and also to act as the supply chains globally. The dependent theorists argue that peripheral areas cannot be part of the policies of the Western countries because of their conditions of being underdeveloped. They say that they should instead aim at making a different strategy that will seek more development. It is then that we find some focusing on being radicalized into the theory of Marxist structural theory that is for international relations. This is better than the critical Marxism that tends to be more based on ideology. Marxists contend that dependent development is something that is not possible (Murdaco, 2019).

The United States was influential to some state like Japan and South Korea because what it wanted was a team to be against the communist like China and North Korea although their parties conflicted with the liberal theories and economies too. In World War 2, the United States fought the Japanese because of the intent to control Asia. The neoliberal and statism are termed to fall under the category of structural theory where they presume that the structure of international and national politics determine the action of states. The human development theory is another that Philips discusses. It is termed to be focused on people and human development and also things like basic needs. The view is almost similar to that of constructivist view where progress is not determined by pre-determined manner but only measured through material things. Neoliberals defined the basic needs according to their opinion, which signifies their idea as more restricted than others (Murdaco, 2019).

There have been various policies put in place to enhance development in regions like Argentina and Brazil. The journey towards change to neoliberalism began with events that even people would not imagine like the US going off the gold standard in the year 1971. There was also a time which NYC was almost bankrupt and some other things which if a person first looked at them, they could not have any connection with each other. The western governments would now have a chance to develop their countries by having policies through which the International Monetary Fund would be used together with other sources. The governments would be pressured using; maintenance of fiscal discipline, keeping records of expenditure, reforming taxes, maintaining positive interest, and liberalizing trade. Despite having all the policies, there have been fewer efforts to pursue the goals. On the contrary, there have been rising levels of poverty and inequality. Especially within equality, which has increased with the exclusion of China and poverty has been increased at a global scale (Murdaco, 2019).

There have been Christian Facial movements that have developed with the neo-facials. They are demobilized persons who were mobilized to kill the villain nationalism that is based on the strength of the military. They have morals that they tend to be more protective of what they believe in terming it to be moral. The citizens are left without power because this system tends to concentrate on because the system is more of where the corporates tend to be more concerned with taking care of the financial aspects of a country. The power in such a state is the maximization of the profits other than making the economic status of the people better. The Christian view is no different than all others. Hedges believes that the current state of the United States is more neo-classical. The older methods have been revived because there is some intertwining of the old theories, the new and then they are covered with the Christian view where the lives of people are seen to be taken advantage of. People were not able to question the aspects that came with Christianity. Christianity is seen to be more influential where people are carried away more by religion. Therefore, some activities are used against them (Hedges & Martin, 2017).

There have been increased cases of inequalities and then increased taxation levels. The huge corporations have had a meeting and contribute to saying that they instead contribute to a corporation that the government. The tax rates are very high that contribute significantly to the economy. The panelists say that high taxation was not going to affect the growth of the economy. Considering that it was the wealthiest people talking, they did not consider that there are other people. Wealth building and corporate worship are matters that should be considered, unlike the things that happened in the past. People should have the knowledge and on the light, the aspect of being brainwashed corporate contribution. The wealthy pretend to be of help yet ruin the lives of the other people by not paying taxes equally to other people (Seder, 2019).

There has been a backlash on the management where there still work to be done from a report by the World Bank. There has been less attention to the stimulation of the forces backing growth. The aims of the reforms intended did not result in helpful solutions but through several stipulated ways. It is from the occurrences, talks, and through revelation that the United States is a totalitarian state because there tends to be the application of a system of government that is mainly focused on economic development. From the urge to grow social corporations, the people are left to struggle to pay high taxes while the wealthy pay less tax claiming to be of help to the government. This system proves to be inverted with no intention to help reduce inequality. Instead, the gap continues to widen.
