14. It concludes and makes an efficient game plan on what should be done next regarding the next subject that is expressed. The primary function of the conclusion is to reaffirm the notion of the need for independence as it summarizes what is supposed to be done next to get the desired freedom

15. Capitalization in the document serves temporarily as the focus of the readers attention as the reader is outcome to other words supporting the bolded
