Introduction
The story of two rabbits where the rabbits' partner in doing their daily activities such as looking for food and taking care of their families. The reason for their partnership and friendship is to collaborate in their engagement to make their work easier by sharing responsibilities. The partnership also helps in protection where they collaborate in fighting their enemies i.e., predators. The two rabbits can achieve the goal of making it easy for them in searching for food for their families as a team. The collaboration worked for the rabbits because they motivate and encourage each other whenever challenges come up.
The friendship of the two rabbits made their life easier when compared to other rabbit living in the same area because there was a drought in the area. The collaboration increased their chances of finding food and the little that they found they shared between the two families. The little any of the rabbit found was shared between the two families. Other rabbits that lived on their own ended up dying when they lacked food and when they were attacked because they lacked partners to help during difficulties.
As the days went by, more rabbits continued to die and began to learn the importance of partnership; some rabbits wanted to join the two to get help whenever they faced challenges. The two rabbits were overwhelmed by the high number of rabbits that wanted to join the group so that they could be considered in times of challenges. The challenge was that it could be difficult to feed many rabbits in times when little food was found. The two rabbits decided to add two more members because it would not be possible for the group to be effective and efficient with more members.
One of the main challenges that the two rabbits faced is the leadership challenge where the group lacked a leader between the two leaders where each rabbit wanted to become a leader to control activities including the food that they were able to gather. The rabbits decided to come up with a leader when the members increased to share responsibilities between the members. The rabbits noted that there were lazy members who made fewer efforts in helping the rest of the group members solve the challenges faced by the group. After leadership was established in the team leader and the roles of each member, the group becomes effective because the rabbits knew their roles that they were required to play.
The main common goal that the group wanted to deal with was to search for food for the group members and their families because there was draught at the time in the area. The goal is set because there was a draught and the rabbits feared that they might die. All the rabbit partners were involved in the decision that was made by the group on any items that the rabbits felt was a concern. Among the items discussed frequently was their protection from predators who were also facing food challenges because of the draught.
All the members of the group were equal when it comes to making decisions on issues that affected the group. The group was focused on remaining united until the draughts ended so that they could resume to their normal lives with their families. The partnership was a success because the group of the rabbits was able to survive to the end of the draught season despite facing challenges.
