Educational training and the process of learning has been one area that has attracted much attention in the education process over time. The practice of knowledge involves various steps that learners are supposed to emulate for them to be productive in their results. The method of knowledge has attracted massive research by scholar and modules on how the learning process should be done. Students acquire education not only to pass direct examinations but rather to provide them with in-depth knowledge that will see them solve problems within the future. In-depth memory learning deserves a module process that will enable a means of acquiring knowledge relevant to the ability to relate the lessons learned for future reflections. The learning process is never an easy practice, and that is why there have been debates on the practice modules that are more cognitive to the students and have a longer impression on the student. The paper will thus focus on the distributed practice model of learning which has been proved to provide useful results in the learning process.

Distributed practice module integrates some learning breaks which are used to cover other relevant practical learning skills to the study. Psychological researchers have always recommended the application of the practice because of the long lasting effect it has on its learners. Psychologists argue that little learning of a topic does not constitute the whole process of learning. The scientists say that the learning process has to be integrated with periodical breaks that ensure the conceptualization of the data being taught. Psychologists say that the breaks that are guaranteed in between the learning process ensure that learners get the time to interpret the data and concepts of the topic in question. A psychologist has highly recommended a distributed practice module because of the vast interception that it allows in learning which has significant influence in further understanding of information. The mind is set to take in information theoretically and relate it to the surrounding. The practical session that the mind gets in beaks during learning makes it easier for the brain to adapt and take in more knowledge. Distributed module practice trains the memory to imitating the brain to problem-solving and quicker solving of a problem because the mind already becomes adapted to such situations. Periodical reviews in distributed learning module act as a saving space for the mind to take in more knowledge which cannot be easily forgotten (Myhre et al. 2015).

Distributed module practice has been proved by researchers to provide the best view of the learning process. The mind is set to review the information under study and the relation of the data to the surrounding which enables the memory to be more resilient and not forget quickly. Once the more adapts to the reviews and information is conceptualized in the brain, it thus becomes easy for the mind to recall and retrieve the same information in the long run. When the memory neurons are constantly taken through reviews of the data learned, it becomes a habit for the mind to adapt to information easily. The distributed module enables to train the brain to retrieve data with ease whenever required. It is a practice that has been adopted by many scholars and tutors in the process of administering knowledge through teaching which is a significant process. Psychologists have advocated for the distributed module practice because of its benefits to the learners.
