Student 1 states that there are four key issues that organization leaders should address before the introduction of the change. This issue includes; first, leaders should have a clear vision towards they are working on (Kraft, Sparr & Peus, 2018). The organization leaders should be in a position to tell what they are up to if the change is made. Secondly, as there is always resistant to other organization members towards the move, the leaders should be able to educate the other members the need for the change (Noe et al., 2017). Thirdly, after the news of change hit all over the organization members react in different ways, the leaders should be able to compress the curve of change by letting the members understand. They should listen to the other member's views and try to give them helpful information on the move. Lastly, the leaders should be the role models of the other members whereby they work according to the changes. This means they are in a position of knowing the needs of the market and they can compete with other organization even after the move.

Student 2 argues that when there is much attention that is given to the importance of leadership style and proclaims that leaders can be effective by using the methods or behaviors that makes the most sense to them (Western, 2019). Moreover, they can be successful if they know the state of the people they are dealing with, when given the possessions of the situation they are going to face and when they are in a position to use their professional preference and skills to overcome the challenges. Each leader would have different working skills from the other even if they were taught the same (Ebrahimi &Azmi, 2015). The more the leaders have a good relationship with other members, the more they will be in a position to trust each other. In addition to an effective leader is that who attributes high importance to both structure and consideration of an organization.
