Presentation and skills: i am a highly motvated idnvidual with acaemci wqualitifaiton fit for the work. I an ethcial, comoaent individual but with nrse for learngin and scientific dsocvery. My stroign backgriund in protein chemistrh would therfire be usefull to the organzison in thejr search for new drug leads, particularly pressing is the need for novel and more effective antibiotics to combat the continuous surge in multidrug-resistant microbial pathogens. Aging, immunosuppression and invasive surgical procedures have increased the risk of contracting severe infections, while globalization is contributing to the rapid spread of multidrug-resistant pathogens. Consequently, increased morbidity, mortality and health-care costs are now due to infections caused by drug-resistant bacteria.

Fdurign my masters studies in chemisytr and pharmaceutical science, i developed a keen interest in microbiology especilay the medical microbiologicau. I have aduate thereitcoa, an dpracircal backgriund in bionanalysis. In adritiona to my extensve expeirnces in bioessays , filtraionm dialysis, centifugaiton, masking, recrystalizaiton, precipitation, electrodeposition and volatilizaztion as we;; as exyractio chromatographyt, i belive that i vcan be an asset to the cmpamny by priviidng examplary technicla suport in the discovery of npovel bioactive modules. I also belive that with the companys propetary screenign method, we ca imoorve the screening time. mos of my researches have focused on bioassay guided screening and microbial products sacreening. I elkioMy recent master thesis project dealt with investigating the Recombinant Human serum Albumin (rHSA) for its ability to act as anti-oxidant in protecting the pharmaceutical formulations containing monoclonal antibodies IgG1 (RoActemra) against oxidative stress. Applied Methods used in this project were DTNB (Ellman's Reagent), Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF), Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Dialysis as a separation technique and LC-MS peptide mapping.The project was succeded and it turns into publication.
