Applied Methods used in this project were DTNB (Ellman's Reagent), Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF), Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Dialysis as a separation technique and LC-MS peptide mapping.The project was succeded and it turns into publication.
