Management is able to control every activity that happens at their premises through strategic management tools.
Yin, R. K. (2013). Case study research: Design and methods. Sage publications.
A business with a goal of achieving and making more profit comes up with a design and a method that enables them to achieve their goals within the shortest time. Yin argues that business management requires more than the technical team, it requires proper planning so that they can execute their actions into realistic tasks. He gives illustrations through a case study and comes up with suggestions that businesses could customize to fit their needs.
