This source targets the government which puts in place regulations that govern the school system by providing statutes regulating schools. This reference is applicable in this research because it lays down the ground rules that all schools must encompass to make students successful. It further relates to diverse points of view because various people have disparate views on the trends that are more appropriate.

Focuses on the identified trends in education which have shaped the education system globally. The primary audience is the world as a whole. This source is important as it compares education and contrasts the various policies applicable all over the world to assist in repairing the school system. It relates to the current issues in the teaching as these policies affect the education system significantly in the daily governance.

The book describes the aspect of immersive education through detailed investigations of designs, execution practices and policies. It brings forth new study and reflects on the potential for intensification of practices and policies in immersive education. The primary audiences are the schools and this source mainly applies to my research as it illustrates the importance of in-depth analysis in the system to ensure schools develop with improvement and development of students as an institution's core values.

This reference discusses the teaching of children with special needs. It requires that when handling such students high levels of professionalism must be maintained. The intended audiences are the teachers of special children. This source applies to my research as it explains how teachers should handle students with special needs. This source further relates to the range of students abilities as it focuses on the skills of children who get disadvantaged in schools.

Discusses the population of students in school and the various school that teachers are having with these students. The intended audience is the teachers and school faculties. This source applies to my work as it addresses the issue of a mixture of children in schools which is leading to a high demand for multilingual educators. This reference relates to the current issues in education as the increased population of students is currently creating an enormous gap in student to teacher ratio.

Discusses the notion of equality in the education system. The book addresses all school faculties, and it is important because it portrays the importance of fairness in where all students require equal treatment regardless of their status. It relates to the diversity of students abilities as equality aims at identifying all the strengths and abilities of an individual student.

Provides the guidelines that schools must follow to be by the Equality Act. This book targets schools, and it applies to my thesis in that it shows the guidelines towards achieving equality. It relates to the current issues since equality is the issue that all schools are currently debating.

It discusses education in a profound perspective. The intended audiences are schools. It guides my thesis by laying the background of the schooling system. It relates to the different points of view since various opinions exist about the nature of teaching.

Provides information about the nature of schools. The intended audiences are the parents and the students themselves. It guides my thesis by giving a deeper understanding of how the education system runs. It relates to the current issues in the teaching as daily happenings of school are currently discussed on a regular basis.

Discusses the views of students about how teaching takes place and what motivates them in their studies. It addresses the teachers, and it is important since it explains what students want for them to perform well in school. It relates to the diversity of students abilities as it illustrates what each student requires.
Glickman, C. D. (2004). Letters to the next president: What we can do about the real crisis in
public education. New York: Teachers College Press. Discusses the problems facing public schools in the United States. The President is the audience of this book and those working under his government. It is important as it shows what is wrong in the system and how it should be corrected. I relate to the current issues as there have been very many problems facing public schools
