Introduction

A good communication plan helps in eliminating the communication breakdown hindrances and come up with a new or better way that helps in effective communication as well as evaluating the old way that was in existence (Baker, 2018). The approach was from the knowledge that many organizations have poor communications plans and hence doesn't utilize their full potential to the maximum due to late relevance of information, distortion of messages or lack of communication at all. By evaluating the way, information is passed out in an organization through research and conducting interviews with the managers and workers I got the required information to come up with a clear and straightforward through the help of assertive communication plan. The plan was to pass the right information to both the workers and managers to help them be able to form a strategy to help them communicate better to help ineffectiveness. I also wanted to give out some f the steps that can help in achieving the goal. I had to talk to almost all the employees to know how they operate as well as the managers and make sure that they were interested in holding a meeting that would help them learn on the communications strategies that deliver and maintain a great relationship between all parties (Steyn, 2018).

I did a thorough rehearsal of my presentation before the main event. I had done enough research about the organization and its level of effective communication. I wrote down every information that I got to generate the ideas that would be of help to the organization communication breakdown. I cross read the strategies several times to make sure that I wrote all the important material that would help in promoting better communication in the organization. I also called some of the peers and presented my idea to them and also did it verbally to help in boosting my courage. I also rehearsed and recorder myself on the phone camera to evaluate my skills, performance, and presentation. I also searched online on how to give a professional presentation and also used the knowledge acquired in the classroom.

The next time I have a presentation, I will ask more people to criticize me by doing a mock presentation. I will also ask for the thoughts of some professionals to make sure it comes out best. I will also do more research on the audience to make sure I know what they expect and that we are on the same level of understanding to be able to breakdown information.

I got several feedbacks from the worker and the management from the speech about the communication plan. Both parties were happy about the delivery. I got instant feedback after the presentation and also later. The organization body believes that they can improve on their communication from the strategies I laid down. They both improve their relationships and looking forward to implementing the strategy.

From the feedback, I was impressed that I did good work but I wasn't contented. I'm looking forward to being more straightforward in my next presentation as the feedback proved that it worked. Giving direct critic, and solutions without disrespect are the best way to present a communication plan. The feedback made me need to research more on the barriers of communication breakdown in organization because without communication leads to the effectiveness of workflow. In the next presentation, I will give more strategies to achieve perfect communication strategies in organizations through thorough research and evaluation of the results of my presentation to the organization.
