Introduction

What is a community? According to the English dictionary, a community is defined as a group that shares a common undusterding and often the same language, manners, laws, and traditions. However, the community is only riffed to where someone has to talk on human beings living together. Community involves regards created both positive and negative through the sharing of common norms between individuals that share common cultural practices. The meaning of a community to an individual may depend on the some essential communal factors such as the cohesion of respect that exist among the members, the degree of hope that is created among the community members at different times in life, the level of trust that is exercised among the community as well as the existence of modesty among all the members within the community (Deacon and Rieks 132).

Generally, anything may earn respect in someone's eye. However, there are only specific things that would earn individual respect on the once respected (Foster 31). The mode of individual conduct such as on how you speak determines the degree of respect attained by the individual. For instance, the act of greeting people in their names builds once respect in the community compared to individuals who pass people by without greetings. This enhances the positive community perseverance toward you. Whereby, it leads to the rise of the degree of respect created by the community members toward an individual.

The individual value in a community is also perceived on how they value their partners they live with. True respect is the same as true love, whereby it is conditional and timeless. True love toward someone can never be taken away. Person respect remains stagnant once it is established. Generally, things like trust, hate, hanger, and envy can be demolished except for love and respect. A good husband disservice total respect from his wife. A wife's respect toward her husband is more valuable than loving since, as a woman, you can't claim to love your husband without first respecting him. Additionally, some men conclude that giving out money is the only way to make their wives happy. Giving out money is not a band act but let that money be accompanied with respect and appreciation for a better and respectful relationship in society.

A good husband should keep his marriage vows and be sincere to his wife in either happy or hard times. The two should share their feelings. When trouble strikes them, they should be patient and maintain their respect toward one another other than imposing blames to each other.

Further, individual respect in a community is earned through the treatment imposed on other members of the community. This may be in the form of helping or guidance on matters that assist in the propelling of other individual life within the community. Being in possession of resources, it is good to assist the needy such as the poor living within you as well as teaching them the way forward in developing themselves and the community at large in a polite and friendly manner. This act will make them feel accepted and worthy in the community and in turn, they will highly regard you as a respectful individual in the community.

The value of a community is also demonstrated through the established hope among the community members. Having hope in a community creates a strong connection that highly strengthens the community member's power. Hope cultivates leaders of a community, building capacity of the community, house caring and development of community spaces as well as pursuing equity and diversity for the entire community. Cultivation of hope among community members helps in creating various opportunities and space for coming together of people, learn together as well as building together of power. At different levels of engagement among the community members, hope creates an intentional surrounding full of multiple opportunities. For instance, when an individual is either elected or appointed to represent the interest of a community, no one has a total understanding of the elected/appointed individual rather, it is only through the hope that the members of the community have towards the elected individual that facilitates to delivering of the expected services.

Generally, the community is complex at large this is mainly caused by the change in relationship, community systems, people as well as the physical space (Ratten and Vanessa 284). However, the existence of hope among the community members facilitates in planning for these changes through the application of innovative and flexible tactics that plunders creativity and learning even through failures. For example, in a community scenario whereby a certain society tends to clash with other societies in a community due to differences in some social norms, the existing community laws are applied in solving the problem but, it is only through hope that the individual in a community have with the laws that facilitate to the success of solving the problem. Also, in cases whereby the issue of land arises among the community members, the value of hope among the community members is demonstrated whereby in most cases the problem is solved according to the established community laws, and everybody becomes contented with the solution.

Trust and identity serve also as the contributing factors on the value of a community. Trust/confidence only exists, whereby one has faith in you. However, this trust does not result in anyhow; rather, the settlor must have sufficient identity of yourself. Thus, for an individual to build his/her trust in the community, he must have a positive identity in the community. For instance, individual physical appearance plays a greater role in building his trust in the community members. For example, in a scenario whereby two individuals attending an interview for a secondary school teacher, one individual comes dressed clumsily while the other one comes dressed neatly like a teacher while all of them have the same academic qualification. Who do you think would qualify? In my view, the individual dressed neatly would have high chances of qualification than the clumsy dressed individual. This demonstrates how our identity facilitates in gaining community trust.

Also, the way the community perceives an individual facilitates to the degree of trust that an individual gains from the society members. The perseverance identity of an individual in a community is determined by the individual conduct and behavior in associating with other members of the community. If individual conduct in the community is formed of negativity, the individual trust in the community is degraded. While, the possession of positive conduct and behavior by an individual in the community, upgrades the community trust. For instance, in the appointment of a manager in a community financial project, two individual who had served in the same position in other institutions applies for the job. One of the individuals had an existing case in court regarding the loss of funds in the previous company he represented while the other one had served in his previous company position and delivered quality services. Between the two individuals, who is likely to get the job? According to me, the individual with clean records in his previous company is likely to get the job compared to the one with the existing case regarding the loss of funds since he has been perceived as an incompetent in holding financial dockets. Generally, this identity of perseverance demonstrates how an individual may lose trust value in the community.

To retain personal value in the community, one must exercise high standards of modesty. The modesty dressing curves the encouragement mainly those of sexual attraction. The ability of community members to retain on modesty helps in protecting the personal mystery as well as their love, whereby it protects the intimate person center, thus preserving their moral identity. For instance, the act of a young girl working in front of her father with a transparent dress resembles an unethical behavior that ultimately has no value whatsoever in any community.

Conclusion

Actual value of a community is represented with the general agreement and adherence to the set laws and regulations and the own individual undusterding of their value in the community. Thus through exercising of respect among the community members, believing in hope, exercising high trust and positive identity as well as minding modesty, the value of a community will retain its dignity.
