For video conferencing the recommended hardware are, a camera, a codec to convert audio and video to digital signal, a microphone, a speaker, a monitor and an IP or ISDN connection.

The printers can be access remotely via VPN or setting up google cloud print. For the printers that are google cloud print enabled, I will recommend installing google cloud print service and setting it up on windows computers. The printers that dont have google cloud print feature should be set up using a VPN connection for remote printing
