The service industry has evolved through the years from the time it was established. Selling of intangible goods to people can prove difficult especially when it comes to convincing people to make a purchase and further chose ones company over other reputable and well established names (Beston-Miller, Le and Danny Miller, 1350). United Arab Emirates is one of the regions in the world who have invested and grown over the years in the service industry. People from all walks of life opt to travel to the gulf region in order to experience the rich history, spectacular scenes, magnificent buildings as well as interaction with the people. Others do visit as part of the pilgrimage to strengthen their faith.

Tourism has been boosted to a whole new level, this is evident with the help of the governments in place support and provision of funds to promote development. With such initiatives in place, companies that are set up in the gulf region must be world class to meet the set standards in the service industry for the full satisfaction of clients. A lot of consideration has to put into place in the industry, to be able to meet all the needs of people from all over the world as they come from diverse backgrounds.

There are different service companies set up in the UAE, my focus will be on orients tours. This paper will discuss Service Company in the United Arab Emirates more so orient tours care with regard to making a memorable visit in the gulf region.

Vision and Mission

For any organization or establishment to be able to meet its goals and objectives they have to set up and adhere to their vision and mission. This enables the business to reach their targets and maintain high standards of procedures in the management (Beston-Miller, Le and Danny Miller, 1355). The mission and vision of a business are the driving force that help keep both the management and employees on track. This is not any different with the Orient Tours company.

Orient tours was established in 1982 by his Excellency Sheikh Faisal Al Qasimi in Sharjah, United Arabs Emirates. With the first set up the chairmans vision statement is, implementation of positive change in the world perception of the Arabian Gulf; and develop opportunities to assist with cultural exchange with the rest of the world.

It is essential for every company to have a mission, it is through the mission statement that the company or business establishment can gauge its progress through time. It is the future plans and aspirations of a company (Chung, Yi-Fei, et al, 932). Orient tours mission statement is, to build a world class company that can present the nation in a truthful manner; at the same time uphold high quality tourism in the UAE as well as the Arabian Gulf region countries.

Plan for Memorable Visit

Customers all over the world look for quality service coupled with the use of technological advancement and innovations. Service Company that offers high quality products with focus on a more personalized individuals as well as flexible service, is bound to be preferred by most consumers because of the personal touch it gives to each individual customer.

Orient tours focuses on all people from different walks of life ranging from, Americans, Europeans, Asians Australians as well as Africans, this gives them an opportunity to help market their country to the world in a positive light. Orient tours operates in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman.

The Arabian Gulf has a lot to offer depending on the wants and needs of the customers as well as their budget. Tour programs offered at orient tours range from desert safaris, adventurous expeditions, study and round trips, overland tours, there is the option of exploring the sea, romantic relaxing dinner cruises, sky-diving, flying and driving programs tailored to suit individual needs. In order for one to have a memorable trip in the United Arabs Emirates, there are certain places one must visit to experience first-hand the spectacular feelings and cultures.

When planning for a stay in the Arabian Gulf it is essential to have a rough idea of what one wants to experience and draw up a budget on the expenditure so as not to find oneself in a financial fix (Chung, Yi-Fei, et al, 927). The first day would be traveling and arrival in the United Arabs Emirates and relaxation afterwards ready for the start of tour the next day. Second day would be the Dubai city visit, it is said quarter of worlds cranes are in Dubai meaning the city has the worlds most magnificent building.

The tour would first begin from souk madinat Jumeirah, Atlantis the palm, and Burj Khalifa. While on these buildings one can have a panoramic view of the Dubai marina skyline which is breathtaking, this day would also include having a ride on the Dubai trolley that is powered by hydrogen. Third day, would be relaxation day to be spent at the spa courtesy of the hotel and later on a dinner in a private setting before retiring to bed or going out to explore the night life. Fourth day, relaxation and shopping through the Dubai mall and visiting different sites then in the afternoon take a desert safari while driving through the sand dunes and taking photo stops for keeps sake. Fifth day, sample some of Dubais historic sites such as the Burj Al Arab hotel while experiencing the vibrant cosmopolitan life of the people.

Conclusion

With efficient planning comes sufficient use of funds, before embarking on a holiday. To make it most memorable do a research on the internet to find out the interesting places to visit. United Arabs Emirates is well known for its rich history and cosmopolitan lifestyle of people because of the many diverse individuals who have settled in in the region. Settling on a good tour company comes in handy, as they will ensure one gets the most memorable trip and they will get a referral to yet another customer thus helping in creating a reputation among people.
