The electronic health records is a huge database that comprises of all the organizations data collected from different sources within the organization integrated so it can convey information that is consistent. This record keeping way always improves the performance of any health organization that has adopted it. Performance being one of the key elements that is used by The Joint Commission in the accreditation process as which provides information of how services are offered and how effective are they to the users of the services.
