Firstly, they should form a committee which composes of cultural competence committee in order to help them in matters relating to delivering of services, governing, planning, and implementation of staff programs. Secondly, they are also urged to put more emphasis on the issue relating to their mission by writing it down ( Powell, 2009). Also, nursing staff should adopt knowledge concerning their problems from a more established institution so as to avoid racism and sexism within their organization.
