15 (5 ml each) teaspoons of vegetable oil

71/2 cups of almond

15 cups of quinoa

30 tablespoons of Fresh herbs, chopped and squeezed lemon juice

The oven must be preheated to 375F, then the salt and pepper are sprinkled on the chicken. Sprinkle the oil on the roasting pan then place the chicken breast side down for about 15 -20 minutes the chicken should be roasted until it turns brown. Then turn the chickens then cover it until the chicken is well cooked. Two people should be available to make sure that the chicken is well cooked.

Meanwhile, two individuals will toast the almonds in a pan until the kitchen smells like almonds. This should take not more than 5 minutes then set it aside the almonds must be carefully toasted to avoid burning them. Once the almond has cooled, it is then crushed in the food processor or a motor correctly into pebbles. On the other hand, the quinoa placed into hot water; cook the quinoa until it is soft but not mushy. Once the quinoa is an elastic strain, it is placed aside until it has a chance to dry a bit. The quinoa is mixed with the almond in a mixing bowl, herbs and lemon, season it to taste with pepper and salt. Then place the chicken into to rest for five minutes and then slice it into quarter chicken it is then serve it over a bed of almond and the quinoa.

The salad to prepare for this meal is the pudding fruit salad of about 9 quarts to fit the crowd of 60 people. The salad made is the dessert salads, which is best for the vegetarians. The preparation process will take less than 20 mins.

6 Refrigerated vanilla pudding

6 cups of the seedless green grapes, halved

6 cups of miniature marshmallows

6 cans of pineapple tidbits in juice, drained.

6 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced.

3 cups of frozen cool whipped topping, thawed.

6 cans of mandarin orange segments, drained

In a bowl, mix the pudding and the whipped toppings. Then gently the marshmallows, grapes, oranges and the pineapple are then gently stirred. Add the strawberries then toast gently then served. The meal should be served hot; the guests should be provided with the salad first. The salad was placed in a bowl. Three individuals should be ready and available during the serving process; the individual will be serving the customers. Once the chicken is sliced into quarters, it is placed on the plate and served to the waiting persons.

The process of cooking was divided among ten individual, the assignment of each was assigned to a different section. Only four people who made sure that the chicken was roasted and well-cooked did the cooking process of the chicken. Another three individual were assigned to prepare the almond and the quinoa. This left the remaining three of my colleague to work on the salads. The ten of us did the serving process. Main meal was the Roasted chicken/ quinoa and almond with an additional Pudding Salad that cost only thirteen dollars per each person.
