Introduction
Composting Industries are meant to handle waste materials that are from various places, to give an example wastes from the garden, animal waste, food waste from homesteads, wastes from processing industries and many others. Indonesia is an example of a country that is in support of industrial composting. The reason behind the support towards the idea of composting is because of the hundreds of ethnic groups that create a large number of populations of people that reside there. Composting industries offer the service due to the higher amounts of the wastes that are decomposed (Hachicha, et al. 2009). Therefore, this service is a necessity for the country due to the number of solid wastages. The high population contributes a lot to the availability of labor; hence the waste can be easily recycled into productive products. Secondly, there is also a need for products that are earned from the composting industries in Indonesia. The products are useful to the citizens as manure need is fulfilled. Through the process, various benefits are earned to the plants as the soil becomes rich with nutrients. The richness of the soil contributes a lot to the agricultural production sector of Indonesia as a whole. In totality, the compositing processes contribute to manure production that in turn contribute a lot to the growth of plants. This complete cycle enables earning to the economy of Indonesia as the feeding of the large population is also met. Therefore there is an obvious need of the products and services that the composting industries offer because the wastages are always disposed of and will remain to be disposed of. In return, the existence of composting industries is a clear indication that they produce products from composting leading to an economic rise.
In Indonesia, various waste management industries have been established due to the increased amounts of household consumption. The industries are set to address the challenge regarding the increased amounts of disposed of wastes. Increase in population due to business opportunities and provision of quality products has resulted in a higher disposal rate of garbage which leads to an unfriendly environment. Therefore, the country is in support of the waste management industries. The government's support towards these composting industries is evidence that the existence of the industries is a legal thing and they are supposed to exist in Indonesia without any discrimination. The industries that have been established in Indonesia have ensured that wastage from various people in the country is collected and decomposed. The population that is in Indonesia is an indication of the situation of the bulkiness of waste products. Therefore, the Indonesian government must include the business of industrial composting in its budget to prevent environmental pollution (Meidiana, & Gamse, 2010). The government ensures that these Industries have met all the requirements and stipulated rules. This is because at times dealing with these waste products may, in turn, contribute to pollution of the environment. Hence the government is in the position to ensure that there are quality waste management composting Industries.
The Composting Industries get various difficulties in the break into the economy of Indonesia. This is composed of the government set regulations about recycling. The regulations cover at large on the mandate of the industries that deal with composting of the wastes. In case an industry goes against the set regulations, the consequences are heavy to the industries. This takes part in the difficulty of getting a break in the composting industries. Secondly, are the difficulties in the collection of the wastages that are used in various composting industries? The criteria that the industries use are a challenge as they are very costly. The costs are not easily affordable daily as they require fueling of vehicles that collect the wastages from household and various picking points. These difficulties greatly affect the operation of the composting industries as they are faced with challenges in achieving the market standards. The competition levels greatly affect the break-in of various upcoming companies. Companies with weak management may tend to have difficulty due to the high competition levels.
The government's set regulations do not reject the foreign ownership of the composting industry. This is because the government permits the existence of any legal business due to the freedom that it grants for any business operation. Also, the government fights for the provision of good business enabling environment. This motivates other global composting industries to aspire and venture in Indonesia to deal with the management of wastes. Moreover, the government also ensures that there is an upgraded infrastructure that makes foreign industries be attracted with the business enabling environment hence finding it ease in coming to these countries. The enabling environment that the government of Indonesia ensures is not specified that it is for only the business or industries that operate internally but both the ones that are even in the aim of operating globally (Ruggieri, et al. 2010). Therefore it is clear that the government is not restricting any foreign incoming industry though they should meet the expectations of the government. Therefore, the government does not have restrictions on the foreign ownership of composting firms. It also ensures the protection of foreign composting industries by giving the industries freedom to trade whenever they would intend to, not leaving out the guidelines that they are provided with by the general government.
Foreign investors who are the composting firm come into Indonesia to take part in the process. These, in turn, contribute to deriving of contracts and agreements. It is through an agreement that the government can control foreign investors. In the case of Indonesia, the government comes into terms with the foreign investors in that the company can earn from the agreement. This agreement can be in terms of accepting to do a given task of composting in return both the government and the foreign investor earning from the agreement that they had agreed on. The foreign investor takes the opportunity to deal with composting of the wastes that are within Indonesia. Through this whole process, the trading activities may take place enabling the government also to earn economic wise. Therefore, the agreements may, therefore, become beneficial to the foreign investor.
Secondly, in Indonesia, the government is the controller of the central bank. It is, therefore, ease to lend funds to the firms that are upcoming in the composting. The composting firms come in and agree with the government on the possible binding that can help the industry on the solving of the issue of difficulty in business. Therefore, the government comes in an agreement to lead the firms with funds that may benefit the industry in its processes. The companies that earn the funds from government become able to do the processes of decomposing easily hence the idea of an agreement with the government is of importance. The trade between the high population and the foreign firms becomes more beneficial because of the ease of working manpower that is readily available. There can be agreements that are based on the conduct of business. A business or an industry may decide to go global, and it should, therefore, be legally allowed to go global. It is by the consultation of the various governments to make sure that any business that needs going global should meet the required standards. Therefore after the agreement is met the Industry can go global. This is clear evidence that the Indonesian government negotiates with the foreign composting companies so that they can come up with a good basis on which the business can operate. After the agreements are met there is the achievement of the organization's goals. Therefore, the agreement between the government and the foreign composting Industries are beneficial.
The business activities are operational based on the law of the government because for the business to be accepted by the law as a legal business; it has to meet the set rules and regulations. Therefore, a legal business is the one that meets the requirements like paying taxes. The Indonesian government has set suitable tax rates that are not too much heavy on the business activities operated in the country. There is clear proof that the environment provided by the government is friendly and therefore it is friendlier when the set organization regulations are met and considered (Zurbrugg, et al. 2012). In summary, the composting industry has to meet the regulations that control its operations daily.
The idea of composting industries is a brilliant idea because it protects the environment of Indonesia at large. Composting helps prevent the pollution of the environment by using these environmental pollutants as the raw materials of producing quality products. Therefore am really in support of the Indonesia idea of composting. In a large population, the amount of wastage may tend to be in huge amounts. It is true that the increased waste can only be put into control by use of these composting industries.
On the other hand, the process of composting seems to improve t agricultural products 'quality. This is through the process that involves decomposing, hence the provision of rich manure that is used in promoting the quality of the soil. In return when the soil is of good quality, the produce that is harvested is of good quantity. This is a clear indication that the waste products are of importance to the people besides the fact that they are always disposed of. The idea of composting is, therefore, a very unique and a funny one simply because one can use a waste that is regarded to be not important to drive more and more important goods. The process of using waste to produce products should, therefore, be ensuring that it is implemented in the countries that are known of their population. Also, the people of a given country should always be assured that once the wastage from household and other companies is managed well, it can be put into a process that transforms it into more better, quality products.
