People aged 23 to 38 in 2019(births between 1981 and 1996) are considered millennials. those born from 1997 onwards are a new age group. The pre-millennial age is too much dependent on technology. The society in general is becoming unsocial due to technology. So many times, people are so plugged into their mobile phones that the outside environment is forgotten about. There are so many services provided by the gadget that make a person burry their face staring at the device for so long that they have no time for physical encounters with others. This has brought about isolation in the social aspect. Human beings are unlike machines and we need to interact physically with one another (Chu, 340). As seen in the millennial age where social gatherings would bring people together as compared to connecting via technological gadgets like robots. It is so much human to check on a friend or neighbor rather than sending a text message asking how they are. Social connection is very vital to any human being to keep humanity sane. Physical ties are stronger as compared to bonds created via online platforms.

Human beings are slowly losing the sense of human bonding. Sometimes back, it was breaking update to know that most people utilized free time engaged in their phones rather than talking to each other or involving in common activities.it is not a wonder today that you sit across a table with another person and entirely have up to zero conversation as they are so focused on their phones (Campbell). This is slowly killing the need for people to connect with each other as compared to the previous generation. Having a one on one talk or sharing in a physical activity with different people is key to the human brain. It's a way to relieve some stress or get first hand advice and build better bonds. People living in this generation are losing this touch day in day out and it is bringing about a people that are so much self-absorbed (Sarwar, Muhammad and Tariq, 220). The day before were so much better where talking and sharing or even greetings were done firsthand compared to nowadays online platforms.

Technology has brought about so many positive advancements today. Socially there are some misses. Human beings are created differently from machines and we need that physical connection to keep us sane. Communication services that have been brought about by technology have really made the world so much smaller. People living in the millennial age didn't enjoy that but they have been enjoying so much better. It's so much healthier to create social ties and bonds one on one as opposed to behind a mobile phone or computer. Therefore, these advancements have brought about an unsocial society and people without so much sense of connecting with one another on face to face engagements. Even as trends change, it is always important to find time for each other physically not behind a gadget.
