A moving violation is a damage done to laws by vehicle drivers while it is moving. Moving associated violation penalties, and legislation and vary depending on the jurisdictions. Some of the moving violation examples include trucking while the CDL is canceled, revoked or suspended. Also, using the vehicle in dispensing, distributing, and manufacturing of a controlled substance, committing a felony with the vehicle, and refusing an alcohol test. Having higher alcohol content in blood than the legal limits designated, and negligent driving leading to fatality. Running away from the accident scene, operating under the controlled substance and alcohol influence. All those are some of the violations that are being performed by drivers while being in their place of duty. Therefore, this topic will entirely determine whether there are violations that can make a driver not drive anymore once committed.

Driving without a valid license is another criminal offense perpetrated by the vehicle driver. However regardless of the violation, drivers are not banned from the road, but they are being given warnings and suspensions as a way of correcting mistakes committed ( Bjornskau, 2017). As per the US government, a drivers license is suspended for 60 days if he was found guilty of over speeding more than once. In that case, if he continues to over speed his license will be taken for 120 days before he gets it back. Companies will never employ such kind of drivers who have the over speed violation record even if they have valid licenses. Therefore it is noted that no offense can be committed by the driver once and he got banned from driving instead they are being given warnings and suspensions to see if they can rectify next.

Moving violation include using a cell phone, texting while driving, fatal accidents caused by the failure of following traffic controls. Any driver found with such violations will face suspension of his CDL for a minimum of 60 and 120 days for the second and third violation respectively. A truck driver may still keep his license while committing serious infractions but once caught in committing offenses will lose it for at least a year. Driving while under alcohol or drugs influence is another infraction, drivers face the same penalty as they refuse to be tested (Gurney, 2015). In transporting materials that are hazardous, a three-year suspension is a penalty for first refusal or convictions. If the driver repeats the same mistake over and over again, he will receive a permanent loss of his commercial drivers license. Moreover, those are the major driving violations.

For drivers to apply for a reinstated license after being revocated the DMV will have to check their lifetime records. In such terms, if the applicant has committed a serious offense in that period plus the last 25 years three or more drug or alcohol driving related convictions. Alternatively, five or more of those convictions in her/ his lifetime the license will be permanently revocated no application will be made again for reinstatement. In that regard, other dangerous driving offenses are having two convictions of driving worth more than five points, moving violations accumulated for the last 25 years worth higher than 20 points. Penal law conviction related to driving and a fatal crash. Those whose licenses were suspended or revoked for six months will be required to complete drinking driver program of the DMVS for seven weeks for them to get their privileges back. Therefore, there is no offense that a driver will commit for the first time and keep him/her off the road permanently.References
